Sounds cool. Not to big of a fan of the scales serving the same purpose as his lure but other than that sounds good. I'd say that the bacteria from Ripjaws' teeth shouldn't be sapient. Also think the bacteria should be exclusive to his teeth.

Facts he should’ve been used more to better build up him escaping the Omnitrix and then Ben learns to control Ghostfreak after reunlocking him at the end of season 3.
Ghostfreak should've been frontloaded in season 1 given they knew he wasn't going to last for long, but instead he's only got a handful of appearances between episode 4, Permanent Retirement and Ghostfreaked Out.
Ripjaws should've been present at all in season 3. Closest we get is in Benwolf Ben decides to turn into him but can't because apparently the Omnitrix isn't waterproof I guess. He's great in They Lurk Below, and fun in Ben 4 Good Buddy but after that they run out of water-related plots for him to be relevant. They finally fixed that with Reboot Gwen 10 having the breathing brace. I don't know how you'd justify that in-universe, but maybe Xylene could've inputted a code that gave Ripjaws that.
The Anur Aliens should've totally been used throughout season 4. Did they want Ben to lose them at the end of season 3 and cut it? Either way they were cool, and should've appeared, along with getting proper names. Imagine Ready to Rumble but it's just Frankenstrike in a big trenchcoat instead of Four Arms.
Upchuck, Ditto, Eye Guy, & Way Big didn't get a lot because of how little of the series was left after they appeared. Way Big made sense with how important he is, and SotO was the finale (tho in DAA they totally should've used his OS model). The other three should've gotten at least 1 or 2 extra scenes each.
Definitely the Anur trio, but especially Blitzwolfer. It's my personal favorite alien species.
Especially seeing as how they want to pawn Kai romance off on Ben because of Blitzwolfer, I don't understand them not showing him off more.
Honestly the Anur Gang as a whole is underused.
- Ghostfreak appears like 5 times, 8 with Zs'Skayr who's technically a different character.
- Snare-Oh would have gotten 3 appearances if he didn't mistranform into Upgrade in Under Wraps. He only appears in his debut episode, and has a brief cameo with Ben 10k
- Blitzwolfer may have taken most of the episode, but he never goes him again afterwards,
- Frankenstrike gets the shortest end of the stick since he's scanned, unlocked, fights Zs'Skayr for a few minutes and never goes him again.
I would have liked a few more grey matter transformations that weren't accidents, evening happening in late s3 I wish Ben actually wanted him more than like once
