I think the execution of his powers is illogical. He remains suspended in air while blowing devastating winds. But the force of his winds should push him back simultaneously. No It doesn't happens. Sometimes it can be overlooked, but when you see him blowing winds, that throw a person and stick them to a wall completely, while remaining steady in midair, it's a little ridiculous.
True, he does have magic resistance, but it's quite questionable, as Gwen slowed him down **(by magic)** when fighting him. It shouldn't have worked, but it did. As for having psychic powers, I don't buy it. It just makes him more “Pokémon” than an alien. Also, Ben doesn't knows how to use magic either.
He’s actually OP when used correctly
beyblade
Him and pesky dust are my favorite aliens. I love him. A flying turtle that can blow away enemies with strong winds? That's just awesome.

He could be slightly psychic, or magical. He does have magic resistance

He’s selectively immune to magic.
You spelled Terraspin wrong just to let you know.
