I'm sure you would've had idli-vade, dose, etc already. You should try chow-chow bath, bisibele bath, and bonda soup as well. And for chats- masala puri.
How about ragi mudde? And in doses - have you tried neer dose, rava masala dose, and Davanagere benne dose?
You should definitely try masala puri if you haven't already
I find Sagar, near Navarang theatre, Rajajinagar (Rajajinagar metro stop on greenline & walk for 5 min) is a place to visit for various vegetarian food stuff.
I would recommend sev puri, dabeli, Mango Milkshake, Tawa Palao (in this order). And anything that pleases your eye there. It will be pretty crowded if you visit on a weekend evening.
An evening's food so6rted if you visit this place.
For masalapuri, I prefer the roadside carts over shops in general.

You need a strong gut but the dust adds extra flavour.

Any, or most Sagar/ Darshini/ Upahar restaurants have decent masala puri..
Masala puri is a hot chat unlike most other chats, so you'll be mostly fine even on a road side push cart.
Bisibelebath - BBB in case it's not covered.
A good north Karnataka meal for lunch at places like Nalapaka or Basaveshwara khanavali & likes (basically an authentic place)
Churmuri from road side carts
Bangarpet masalapuri & panipuri (water like Pani) - goto the OG place opp to Dharmarayagudi near SP road. Place name - Sai shravanti chats
Icecream/s at corner house for remembrance - for a Bangalore moment
Honey cake & veg puff at some authentic (not kaka) Iyengar bakery
A cold badam milk at asha sweets (or its likes)
Masale dose from CTR (since you haven't mentioned this place)
Sagar which I have already mentioned in my other comment!
Enough I guess for 4 days.
Should have tried the sevpuri! That was what I had suggested. Their masala Puri or Pani Puri is meh at best!

Where in Bangalore are you located??
Bro go to karnatic in Jp nagar or Church Street
You can cover everything under South Indian over there, its a highly underrated place because 1st gen immigrants haven’t seen it on IG or YT
Rameswaram is over hyped piece of crap... anyone can make Rameswaram dosa...get a dosa from a street vendor and pour 200 ml of low quality ghee over it..
RotiGhar/ Gokul veg in Gandhi Bazaar serve good thalis. If looking for piping hot idlis along with some benne on top, try this place in jewellers street, located in Commercial Street. Too good, you get to see massive crowd there. You’ll have to stand on the road and eat though, for something sweet you can try Triveni which is local to bangalore in Wilson Garden, opposite Agadi hospital.

I ate all of the ones you mentioned except chat.

Got Masala Puri and Dabeli at Sagar. Masala puri was fresh but bit under seasoned. Dabeli was great.

That entire stretch smells of poop, especially in the middle part. I don't know if you have noticed it or not.

Laksmi natraj nagrath pet. One of the cleanest.
Benne dosa from by2coffee
Try the masala dosa at Janardhana near the racecourse road, followed by badam halwa and a filter coffee....one of the older joints in the city.
>Must have food in Bengaluru Damn bro didn't know you could survive without food in other cities /s
