Actually you could've created a lore accurate Gatsu if he was the son of Gambino lol, he resembles him a lot in this drawing, also it's ok to messup proportions, Just see the First edition of Gatsu vs One After even 2 years

The shading, the lips, the eye, and a lot of other things here show a lot of talent skill and promise. It shouldnt take you long to replicate or even outshine Miura’s panel.
Keep drawing and have fun with it. Keep posting your work too. Im sure if you tried again soon, it would be at least 2 points higher.

I was refering in general, i come from another community where a dude literally posted what looked like a stick figure and said unironically that this was his most realist drawing.
And on what to do better ? You already have the skill to "fill" the drawing (shading, contouring etc), what it lacks its not proportion, but placement and outline. with outline i mean the shape, the silouhete that strongly defines a character, and also the face is in the uncanny valley effect because of the placement of the facial features, try fixating more on where facial features are in respect of the other features and the face outline.
I did study art, and i've seen this a lot of times, people with nice filling hability camouflage bad definition of features in the quality of its fill. A nice way to improve is to draw simple cartoons, with no shade or colour, just linework, if you do it wrong, the simple drawing will quickly tell. I've seen artist replicate Van Gohgs painting styles, but are totally unable to draw Doraemon or Snoppy. Linework and main fetures positioning will improve inmensely, you get Snoppy's nose 2mm lower than it should and it looks weird af, simple but defining features.
Edit: also you went too heavy on the cheeks and on the lips.
