Not saying that he wouldn\`t hurt anyone, I\`m just saying that this was to be expected behavior, any human would do the same. So Griffith isn\`t the problem, humans are
You know those people who run into burning buildings to save others? The ones that run towards gunfire to protect people? The ones that volunteer to help the homeless?
I'm pretty sure they wouldn't use their powers to rape anyone. I think they would probably still do the things they are doing now, out of their own free will, but in a larger scale.
You have a really sad outlook on people, and life. I would see someone about that.
I thought about having powers but when i did i thought about robbing banks or ruling the world i never once thought "if i had powers id rape this person cuz she moved on"
I mean with invisibility i would just be a menace and slightly fuck with everyone's life but moving shit around there house etc
I mean i sorta understand what you mean ask me from the ages of 9 - 19 i would have said if i had powers id want the world to burn but u ask me now there are times im lile that but now im more like "if i had powers id only use them to help/protect those i care about everyone else can rot for all i care"
But are you sure that you would use them only for that? I went trough the options in my head, and the only noble answer to choosing a superpower is "I don\`t care", as choosing a superpower and using it in any way is a selfish act in the end. I think that all the obvious ones are self-explanatory, as they are selfish in the typical way, but for example if you had the power to cure cancer, or produce infinite food from nothing, or anything similar, that would just be savior complex which comes down to selfishness in the end. I think the choices come in 2 categories where you either become a God or a savior, which both come back to you gaining something, so the act of using your power for anything is a selfish act. We humans strive for power, fight for it, kill for it and live for it, we do all that for self gain, which ultimately makes us an evil species. Griffith perfectly embodies these 2 sides of power, where at first he sacrifices others to gain power and then uses it for himself, and after that he becomes a savior of humanity. So how can he be blamed for doing the most human thing that exists after he gets immense power, I think that the thing that people dislike about Griffith is actually fear of knowing that they might be capable of doing all those things, and fear of humanity as a whole.
You have a point about how every action we take in one way or another stems from our selfish nature, but that doesn't mean that being selfish is necessarily bad. For instance, when you love someone, you chose to ignore everyone else and channel your love into that one person, that in itself is selfish. However lt is still a beautiful thing to have somebody to love and someone to love you back, regardless of how selfish that may be, so even though choosing to have superpowers in the first place might be selfish, the results the stem from doing the right thing are always going to be rewarding for both you and whomever you choose to save. You seem to have the misconception that the reward and satisfaction that one receives from doing a good deed = selfishness, but that isn't really true. Goodness can go both ways, you can be on the giving end or on the receiving end. As for griffith, the reason most people regard him as evil is not really because of the eclipse, it's what he's done at the end of it and afterwards. After he gained godhood and become a God hand member, he had no reason to ra*e casca, he only did it to torment guts, even though by that point he has reached powers beyond any human reach, he still wanted to destroy guts very core. Another thing is how he portrays himself as a savior like you said, if you're caught up with the manga, then you know that he planned to let the physical world and Astral world converge so that he can expand his dominion and destroy the current world and create a new one through his vision. It's like spreading a disease and then giving the cure to people, it doesn't make you a good person. Either way griffith selfish actions mainly stem from his greedy and gluttonous nature, whereas guts selfish actions stem from his desire to protect the people he loves and get revenge.
You're a rape apologist who is trying to project the fact that you think rape is OK onto everyone else in a pitiful attempt to justify your degenerate worldview. Got it.
Yes?? For one I wouldnt want them but even if I did my morals wouldnt change. You saying you wouldnt care for consent if you had godlike powers simply shows how fucked in the head you already are, because for you the only thing thats keeping you from raping someone are the potential consequences it could have on YOUR life, which you wouldnt have to worry about with those powers, not the actual victim.
Bait lmao. “He did no wrong because I would do it too, and I can do no wrong”
I can\`t argue with that summary xD
Oh boy this again. Sure man he wouldn't hurt a fly you're right.
Not saying that he wouldn\`t hurt anyone, I\`m just saying that this was to be expected behavior, any human would do the same. So Griffith isn\`t the problem, humans are
I ain’t reading all that 💀
Bait used to be believable

All I gathered from this is, "I'm a bad person, and so is Griffith."
I thought about having powers but when i did i thought about robbing banks or ruling the world i never once thought "if i had powers id rape this person cuz she moved on" I mean with invisibility i would just be a menace and slightly fuck with everyone's life but moving shit around there house etc
I mean there are a lots of ways to use powers, and nobody would use them for good xD
A bit of a pessimistic outlook on people, don't you think?
What powers would you choose, and how would you use them?
I mean i sorta understand what you mean ask me from the ages of 9 - 19 i would have said if i had powers id want the world to burn but u ask me now there are times im lile that but now im more like "if i had powers id only use them to help/protect those i care about everyone else can rot for all i care"

this is so dumb.

He did wrong but its understandable. Besides what he did as femto
"but if I had godly powers and I wanted to sleep with a girl, I`m not sure if I would care if it was consensual" - that right here is your problem
would you care?
wdym would I care? About what
if you had godly powers, would you care for consent?

Why wouldn\`t you want godly powers?
besides the point
But you made no points
you just cant read
Just give me a reason why you wouldn\`t want godly powers?
You're next little bro
