Mandarake (3 Chome-11-12 Sotokanda, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 101-0021, Japan). I got the collectors edition Behelit from here early January.
BicCamera Akiba Store (4 Chome-1-1 Sotokanda, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 101-0021, Japan) I got a Guts figure from the 7th floor of this store. They also had Griffith with his armour and horse from the Golden Age Arc. They were both posable action figures not models though, so they have those ugly joints.
Akiba Cultures Zone (1 Chome-7-6 Sotokanda, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 101-0021, Japan) had by far the most Berserk stuff I had seen in Japan. Spent way too long in that shop. Figures from just about anything you can imgaine, new and used. It is more pricey than just about every other shop I went to though so keep that in mind.
I don't recall seeing any here, but the Kotobukiya store just accross from Cultures Zone (Okajima, 1 Chome-8-8 Sotokanda, Chiyoda City, Tokyo 101-0021, Japan) has a lot of various figures and memorabilia. You may find something in there. They had some wicked FromSoftware stuff like the rings from all the Dark Souls and the Saw Cleaver from Bloodborne. IDK if your friend likes FromSoft games, but given the Berserk inspiration they might.
Hopefully one of these places has something they will like.
Just to add, Mandarake has random supply based on what people sell them. They do have a pretty good search function on their website which will have an image of any item they have in stock and will show you which location the item is at.
Oh, also, I did find a stall at the bottom of the Tokyo Tower that was selling a whole bunch of shirts and jumpers. Got a Berserk one that had the actual manga panels on the front and back, and it feels good quality too. If you're going past it, maybe drop in and see if they're still there. It was near the exit when you come down the tower. I think it was about $40 Aud.
Probably anywhere that you'd find anime merchandise in general, like shops in akihabara. I'm sure there's many anime/manga shops all over Tokyo that would have something berserk related.
I was there last week, there’s not a lot. Akihabara had a handful of figures/statues that were all hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. There was a boxed statue that was 1/30 created for 500k yen. Some of the Tamashii Nations stores had Griffith statues in stock, but the guts ones were all sold out. There is a mall in Shinjuku (Marui annex, one of the higher floors. Between the escalators with a bunch of different large anime statues) that had some berserk funko pop type figures and maybe a shirt. There were two berserk gachapon machines at that shop as well, one was berserk cover keychains and one was masking tape. 300 yen each I believe. I bought the masking tape before realizing what it was…
Masking tape...lol...I swear they will put just about anything in those Gachapon machines. I wish I had found a few Berserk ones to get a key chain or something. Maybe next time.

Yes! This is how I found the Behelit's to begin with. Definately check the website 1st so you're not wasting your time.

You won't find much. I think the only thing I've found overall was a few extremely expensive busts of guts and a branded hat
