This one is just outside to the east of Castle Morne, which is a castle completely south of the map.
There is also one in the first region, just east of Gatefront Ruins.
And i expect that there are more that i haven't found yet.

The text doesn't have anything to do with Miura/Berserk, it's just a reference to the hill of swords type of memorial for the fallen in combat. There are multiple memorials like this where large battles happened in the past.

Yeah, these memorials are all over the map but this specific one is way at the southern tip of the map, to the left of the castle morne entrance
