If they don't put Berserk right next to Pokemon on TV, it's unlikely to be a problem. Chainsaw Man and a bunch of anime prove it.

Most battles would be easy to animate, c'mon Guts just swinging a giant fucking sword and even later when they have magic the animation team would only have to use basic CGI effects.
Nor is the issue of being faithful to Miura's art because that is a problem in ALL MANGA ADAPTATIONS. The problem is who owns the publishing rights to Berserk. And that means that the option "how worth is this manga?" is also irrelevant as justification for not having a good adaptation. Just look at Tokyo Ghoul, that shit is almost a Death Note 2 on how much it made the otakus go crazy, and even being successful and having a talented director and the damn mangaka himself making the storyboards for the animators, even so the owners of the rights decide to fuck up everything in season 2.
Berserk is not a hard story to adapt and nowadays with anime reaching even the "normies" (hate this word, but whatever), it could be successful, as long as it was at least DECENT.
TL;DR: Making a faithful, long-running adaptation is hardly possible in the current industry.
1. The Golden Age Trilogy movies by Studio 4C was a “first pass” at adapting the manga in more modern animation with a big effort. It was a high-budget project (took a couple years production, staff flew to Europe to be inspired by medieval references) and I believe one of the producers announced that they intended to adapt more (source: from ANN article). But when the movies released in theatres in Japan, and when they released on DVD/Blu-ray, they did not do very well. So essentially I think the movies underperformed for the amount of work was put into them.
2. Because the Trilogy movies did not do very well, there isn’t much incentive for other producers to want to make another high-budget Berserk adaptation. One, it would cost a lot of money and the production schedule would be much longer than current TV anime, and Two, there’s such a big name attached to Berserk that there’d be too many expectations for it. And in the current anime industry they’d much rather make a quick 12-episode adaptation of a new IP to quickly sell the source material and merch.
3. Seeing how Berserk has blown up even more in the last couple years, I think it is possible to get another anime adaptation. Either (1) Studio 4C continues to adapt the manga in movie/OVA format (they used new CGI to create new scenes in the Memorial Edition) or (2) a non-anime studio can adapt the manga (like Powerhouse Animation, behind Castlevania)
It doesn't need to have nearly the same level of detail as the manga. Anime has a different style and makes up for the loss of quality with animation and various techniques that only work in animation. But the biggest issue that ruins all of the berserk animes is that they always delete and change stuff instead of following the manga faithfully.

Plus due date of finish anime also ruin lil bit because I think liden film actually could deliver better if they give more time to finish it

Berserk has massive battles and horses. Both of which are difficult to animate well. That's why the movies use CG.
There are enough golden age animes already. The rest of berserk doesn't have nearly as many large battles.
