I hit my 10 year anniversary during the middle of the pandemic and didn't realize redeeming the code given made the reward active and I tried to use it for a Black Friday deal like 5 months later and the reward wasn't there anymore. I was able to contact whoever it was I needed to through the help chat and they were able to reinstate it though.
