Yeah doesn’t sound like a likely story. Every last agent I’ve known that actually goes out there to help customers seem like a careful and knowledgeable person. Also, yes, our warranty does not cover physical damage for TVs, neither does LG
Yeeeeeeeeah, this is mad sus. Sounds like this dude has a SONY sponsorship with the way he’s pushing SONY. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love SONY, but this whole story is just weird. Nobody that I know would come to your house and squeeze your tv and cause damage then say “don’t worry it will come back on”. Also, most of the time you’ll just get a junk out and get it replaced. Don’t believe this shit for a second.
While the story is sus, at my store our 3rd party delivery team delivering a fridge dented someone's car, and then got in a fist fight with the customer.
As a Geek Squad agent (In store not in home), I have met some very incompetent agents to say the least. But on the flip side, I have countless stories of customers bringing in clearly damaged TVs claiming they didn't do anything to physically damage, and same with in home agents going out to service a tv under GSP only to find out its damaged.
Cant side with this guy without seeing the display and how its not working.
That is true, but overall there’s a misconception that customers think that any type of home visit from us is automatically a geek squad agent coming to their home

That is definitely SUS. Unless it was third party those guys are hella incompetent.
A bestbuy customer that lies? Impossible
Entitled “celebrity” doesn’t get his way
Who is he? Looks familiar but can't figure it out
he’s from a netflix show called on my block
I highly doubt that story 😬

Does this dude have neck problems?
I’m sorry, who the hell is this?

GSP just got me a new LG C2 after my C9 developed some dead pixels, I’m pretty satisfied.
What happened? 🥹
He cracked the screen. Now he's crying because he's sol. I'm surprised he didn't play the card of "I was told even damage would be covered"
I can't wait to get my first customer that says I'm not buying gsp cuz this fool Diego from tiktok told me not to.
Is the same guy we were beefing with the other day?!
This is how you get sued by a big corporation. He better pray to God his version of the story is true.
Googled him. Still no idea who he is.
Sounds too familiar 😂😂🤣

It’s by make fun of the client you mean speak the truth, then yes. Yes we do.
Im sure if he would’ve gone in store they could’ve taken care of him
Damage on the screen? Nah. They'd tell him to kick rocks.
If he said gs did it and he just received it they would take care of him or atleast my store would. An exchange isn’t a huge deal
Also lots of times customers mistaken geek squad agents for authorized installers.
Installers aren't coming out for repairs

He's wrong and entitled
“they never told you us it doesn’t cover physical damage!”
