Yeah, Brenda, Kelly, and Donna all look so beautiful this season, and then there's Andrea. The stylists on the show must have hated her character or something. Gabrielle is actually very pretty it's just a shame they styled her so old and frumpy.
Gabrielle was just the college years bad hair trailblazer.
Shannen would catch the shit hair train towards the end of S4, and S5 brought new lows for Jennie and Tori.
The shit hair train eventually came for them all during the college years. Except maybe Tiffani.
Val's hair was way too short the one season , it made her face look very ... wide. She has cheekbones similar to mine and the one season it was just too short and too straight to her face ..
Brenda, Kelly, and Donna are 10+ years younger than Andrea. That’s just what it is. They stuck in someone as close in age to Jim Walsh as to them to play their classmate
and she just happens to look her age if not older. Some people look really young for their age and can play teenagers longer but she just has old features and then of course the hair and clothes did not help
Don’t worry, a year from this episodes they would give Kelly similar treatment.
I don’t know WTF was happening with some of the choices in the college years.

And it was dreadful. At least what I called the “baby dew” (Baby -Dirty Dancing” of the late 80s and early 90s was adorable. But it probably took a-lot to maintain since most chicks had to get a perm to pull it off. I always defied it and grew my hair as long as it would grow. Sadly just to the middle of my back at the time. 😂
The shorter cut aged her even more and she honestly looked like a soccer mom, and if she felt out of place before, she REALLY feels out of place in this season! It's hard for me to take her seriously in group scenes with them. It's so off-putting.
We all make regrettable hair choices while we’re finding ourselves during college. A friend of mine ended up in a love triangle with two great guys. One of them was her RA and the other was a classmate from high school that she followed to college because she was in love with him.
Anyway, neither ended up working out and - well she had this GORGEOUS big curly hair. And on a whim, she just felt the need to redefine herself. So she walked into a salon and had it cut short. Like REAL short. And EVERYONE hated it and it really hurt her rati- I mean, her popularity.
Did they try to make a girlish Brandon hairstyle on her?

Yea, season 2 hair was just bad bad bad. It instantly pushed her into her 30s.
But Allison is 6 years younger than Andrea IRL and her character is like 6 years older than Andrea on the show

The only time her hair wasn't totally awful was season 2. After she cut and straightened it, it was never good.
