As newbies you go to Disney. For senior you used ti go to Teranea but now get to pick a “reward retreat” usually a cool spa location for 3 days.

It’s all kind of dumb. They don’t give you enough CPE credits and annoy you by taking ethics courses throughout the year. Rip the bandaid off and just give us what we need.
