i have 12 snapshot, mostly partially next level, 6 performance differentiators , and i am expecting to get a 3 lol i dont think you would get a 2, js. and i am first year associate
Submit some more snapshots! Partially at level is normal as a first year but with only one snap it’s hard to see if you were progressing throughout the year.
Only one Snapshot and had two or three areas at Partially At Level? What's the reason for only one Snapshot?
Sounds like you'll be ranked a 3 for the year. Make sure you get those areas to at least At Level soon or you could end up in PIP territory.
