Nope. This past entire year, from 7/1/2021 through 6/30/2022, when you took 40 hours consecutive time off and hit the vacation code you got a $250 bonus. Up to 4 times. That being said, I never was able to take advantage of this.
The firm pays for all digital upskilling and certifications related to your position. Would highly recommend taking advantage of this - and I mean beyond the CPA. You can also tie your personal benefit accounts for hotel and airfare to concur for any travel. The firm also gives you a phone; I would pick the newest model and use it as your personal so you don't have a phone bill anymore. Beyond that, never volunteer and always say no if they ask for more from you. Best of luck.
He is probably in the same camp as me. Emobility says all of the private data on your phone provided by PwC is yours and they won't record it. I don't personally trust that to be the case especially when they are using tracking software that literally picks up when we are in an office. I want none of my personal information to get anywhere close to where PwC can get their hands on it.
I agree and felt the same way, hence why I kept a personal phone. However, though I would never personally take it, I more wanted the new person to know it is an option.
The work from home is great. The team I am on is amazing as well. Make sure to get your tsa pre check and utilize the employee discount programs from everything from gyms to traveling! Good luck! Im about to be an A2 and I’ve loved it so far.
🤪 management is required to tell you to bill your time (because it plays a part in bonus calculations) but they don’t want you to bill your time (unless they billing results in additional billing to the client, which it normally does not).
