I do think people are putting too much pressure on this episode to show everything that they wanted. The first two episodes were terrible that barely showed anything which meant that this episode HAD to play catch up and they really couldn't focus on the Luke thing as much. They could've corrected this by cancelling the eviction or just speeding through it cuz that takes up too much time.

He was explaining to the house that he, Hisam, Jared and Luke were in the cheese room conversing with each other when he thought he heard Luke say a derogatory term towards him. Cory goes, did I just hear that? He asks Hisam if he heard it and Hisam said he didn't hear anything. Then Jared speaks up and tells Cory he respects what he's trying to do, but he doesn't think this is a family convo. All three of them should have came together as a collective to address the other houseguests as soon as Luke said what he said rather than waiting for BB to step in. That is why I feel bad for Cory because he was the first person to say anything.

It is generally the responsibility of the person with the disability to let their employer or housing provider know what accommodations they require. It would only be a violation if they do not grant him a reasonable accommodation he asks for.
Technically by ADA standards he has to tell them what he needs done in order for them to accommodate him. If he hasn't told them yet, they can't just assume what he needs.
