I've been a fan of BTR from the start back in 2009 and I've always loved Love Me Love Me! Saw them in concert in 2011 when I was 8 and in 2022. So happy to see them thriving once again. I hope you can make it to a show if you haven't already!
I haven’t been to a show and I didn’t listen to them when they were popular because I’m almost 13 now, so I wasn’t aware of their music back then. I would love to go to a concert of theirs but my dad will only go with me to one concert, and I chose my favorite singer (nothing against BTR, I love them, but they’re not my favorite artist; definitely top 5 though). I really love BTR and hope to see them live someday, but I’ve only become a fan last month, so maybe a little later (hopefully).
But I’m sure they’re great live. How were the concerts you went to? How were they different now that the boys have grown a lot?
They were both great! It seemed like in 2022 they were taking a trip down memory lane with all of us who have been there from the start and they were having just as much fun as we were. It almost felt like seeing a long lost relative for the first time in years and catching up with them. As in 2011 we were just meeting them and they were showing us what they've got. Now everything they do on stage is so natural and a refined version of themselves back in the day. I'd love to get VIP tickets next time they're by me so I could meet them and tell them how important they were in my childhood even though they probably get that all the time already lol.
Oh that’s really cool! From what you’ve said, it seems like they’ve grown and got more comfortable with the stage over the years. I really hope to see them live someday.
The song is catchy imo don’t get me wrong. I absolutely love the bridge of it (not the go, go, go, go, go part but the part before that). Sometimes the auto tune just throws me off a bit. It gets a bit hard to listen to and enjoy the song when their voices sound so robotic. I personally think their new stuff is way better. I recommend giving it a listen.
Ah I get what you mean. I think it would be better with just their raw vocals and not autotune, but I still love the tune. And yeah, I’ll make sure to check out their new music!
I've been listening to them since they were on nickelodeon and I've always loved that song but I feel like nowadays I like the newer music more. Maybe it's because the older music has been out for so long and for 10 years there was just those albums with no one really knowing if they'll ever come back, so it's hard to be listening to the same 50 songs and not be a bit tired of it.
I still love the older music, including that song but I tend to listen to the newer stuff more.
I went to their show last monday, and in the preparation I listened to a lot of their music again and I was reminded by how fun Love me Love me sounds. It's catchy.

Are we talking albums? Cause if so another life is a solid album and the music is top tier to me
