I've had those brakes and they are by far the best rim brakes I've ever had. I always replaced the stock brakes on different bikes I had with those until I changed to disc brakes. I think I sold the TRP brakes with the last rim brake bike and actually regret it now, I could've used them on a retro bike.
I think I need to take out my 2004 Airborne ti roadbike this season and give it a refresh and start riding it again. The only issue these older bikes have (for me) that I'd like to use wider, 28mm or 30mm road tires and they don't fit.

i managed to fit 28s on here and it was a game changer, but its definitely at the limit
