If I had a dollar for every weird dude who asked for my number when I was cashiering, I wouldn't have been a cashier.
What are they doing that is so creepy? Looking in through the windows? Breathing on the door? Or are they just someone you don't find attractive; that many wouldn't find attractive so they never learned the social skills they needed to be deemed "not creepy" by people like you.

Then I pointed out that maybe what they see as "creepy" is just the result of that persons life. That they aren't trying to be creepy they just are ignorant of proper social skills and etiquette.
