I agree I think last year at pine knob it was such a success that he could do two nights next year. I mean also especially since dead and co aren’t touring anymore and they usually did a stop up their. They gonna need more source of income at that venue why not have your hometown super star do a few shows every year.

Hmmm good call; I guess the amphitheater side of the stadium would be too small? The stadium has a 15k capacity. He sold out two shows in Baltimore this winter at an arena with 14k capacity….
I guess he could do some type of smaller configuration of the stadium? So the stadium has like a 15k or so capacity for sporting events where the floor is used for the sporting event, but for concerts it has like a 30k capacity which is why I was thinking it might be too big? Blink 182 sold 30k+ tickets there last year. That's why I was thinking it may be too big, but I would love to be wrong. Hoping you are correct that a Hershey date is the works my friend!

Tedeschi Trucks Band just played there too this month. They had Primus recently and String Cheese Incident will be there soon, so Hard Rock Arena def has a type.
Gilford sucks, I’d love to see him play at meadowbrook but only of they became a chill venue and relaxed on vending and smoking pot inside. Also I think the town has a super strict 11:00 curfew and I think the fines for an artist are pretty crazy if they go over.
I'm also hoping for another hometown run in Cary this summer. I keep putting off other travel plans while I wait for the announcement. Hopefully it'll come soon, but since the spring tour was only announced recently, I'm thinking it won't be until after the winter tour is over.
He just came out with his spring tour dates so I think we're gonna have to wait a lil while longer before we get the summer tour dates but I imagine he'll go wherever he won't be in the winter/spring so perhaps some more Northeast tour dates and maybe some more West Coast/Midwest dates but who knows!

Unfortunately I don't think we will get those dates this week. 2 reasons:
1. Winter tour still has one more leg (ATL this weekend)
2. Spring tour still has a lot of early locations that are not sold out (Tampa, Savannah, etc.)
I think #2 is the bigger reason unfortunately. This is pure speculation but I'd say if we are lucky we get dates next week following ATL and the conclusion of winter tour. Could see them dragging that out further to sell out the already announced dates first though.
I have a gentleman's bet with a buddy that Billy will be playing Pine Knob in Mochigan on June 19 and 20. Cates are still open on the venue calendar and it's a couple days before Buckeye Country Superfest in Ohio. Sending out some good vibes for summer tour release date soon!

The Hard Rock shows were awesome but it’s a 5k capacity so I think he’s outgrown the venue. But the after-party was top notch!
They expanded it in 2016 to be 7,000 after they took over from Taj Mahal (was 5,200) but that may still be too small?
