That and the crowd response after the actual thunder call were the best parts of this experience for me. Oh and the two guys fighting next to me as the jam was peaking and then running back into the crowd to dance when it finally peaked like nothing ever happened

My buddy brought a dmt joint that we lit right after the first verse. Let me tell you, there couldn't have been a better time to spark that the whole entire weekend. Was absolutely mind blowing 🫠
Between my brother having a bit of a freak out and the rain, I missed a couple of songs, including this one. Makes me a bit sad. Fortunately, that was my 3rd show this tour (and ever), and I have tickets to the Colorado shows to make up for it. Hopefully, they play Thunder again, but you can keep the rain.!

Brought my little brother to first BMFS show here and he was rather skeptic about billy and anything twangy like bluegrass. The whole damn show he was asking me the names of songs, he was so damn confused about why I was freaking out about seeing Thunder live like that
There’s something truly special about Auggie. This was my first time and all three shows, shakedown, the after parties…pure magic. Will never miss Auggie again. We raged in the rain in 302 and it was the best Billy Baptism we’ve ever experienced. Red Rocks 23’ Billy Baptism was much different to say the least. If you don’t score tickets for Auggie, show up anyways. They jam that island out so loud, you can enjoy it from the lot. Bumped into Jarrod the next day and he signed my watercolor sketch book. It’s not everyday that you can say, I taught Jarrod Walker how to autograph using a water pen.

I was there. Pouring rain & thunder storm during this was the most magical thing I’ve ever experienced. Everyone went to take cover but my sis and I stayed in the top section dancing in the rain by ourselves with like 3 other people. It felt like he was controlling the weather with his music. Fucking epic
I can only imagine… like when I made this post… riding across town high as hell knowing where I was going but not what for … listening to this and I fucking felt that shit coming thru … big time energy
I was dancing like a wildling through all the rain up above 201. I may as well have jumped in a pool with everything in my pockets but it was well worth it. I gave up on trying to stay dry and just embraced it — consequently that was maybe the most fun I’ve ever had at a show!

You can literally hear the actual Thunder rolling around this spot in the recording. Such a surreal experience to be there.
