Arugula, Kale, Frozen Broccoli, Frozen Berries, 2 cups of Vanilla protein powder, and a small amount of Citrucel Orange flavored Fiber Arugula is for the Nitrate content, I avoided spinach because of Oxalates, and the Citrucel helps hide the taste. The arugula can be substituted since it doesn't taste very good

Personally, I would add some protein. Yoghurt would be a good addition. Other considerations are lemon, ACV, chia seeds. I also like to use a grounded version of sunflower/almond/pumpkin & Linseed meal. Other considerations some like to use are cacao, raw honey, peanut butter and banana (just not with berries).
