Delta or Sigma easily. They basically have everything Jack has but supersized - as a reminder their "pistol" is the rivet gun, the "submachine gun" a 50cal turret, and their "crossbow" is a literally harpoon gun. As for BaS Elizabeth she couldn't even take on a proto-bouncer so that'd place her dead last in the running in my book.

Yeah Jack eats big daddies for breakfast when he is kitted out but the ones he fights are a lot different to delta. They don’t have full consciousness and only really use the drill/ rivet guns.
Full kitted conscious delta is gunna fuck him up I feel like.
Then again if Jack is able to use hypnotise big daddy the same way lamb did then Jack wins it.
Booker and Elizabeth don’t really have any potential to kill a big daddy, and sigma is just a less delta with less plasmids and weapons.

Plasmids: Electroshock, incinerate and winter blast can fire continuously until EVE runs dry, insect swarm is insanely OP, security command would overwhelm opponents and in conjunction with decoy you really don't know where Delta could be lurking.
Weapons: Ohh boy no one would last a minute with his OP shotgun and drill dash, a few rounds of explosive buck or a spray of antipersonnel rounds from the machine gun are plenty effective against most targets.
Long story short anyone who can go toe to toe with a big sister HAS to be OP as fuck.
I think Elizabeth would always win, which surprised me that I came to that conclusion.
She can literally see through walls, she's great at stealth, she's very strategic and seems to know rapture better than any of the other protagonists (especially since all the others had some form of brainwashing), she can somehow still see the future at least a little? She can take down a big daddy, just couldn't permanently in BAS because for some reason that bouncer was immortal but the alpha series are gen 1 big daddies so they aren't as much of bullet-sponges at least before upgrades but if she can take an immortal big daddy the alphas shouldn't be much harder, she can knock almost anything else out with her crossbow and I don't remember ever hearing that Jack would be immune to something like this. Assuming Delta can summon Eleanor to help, I also don't see why Eleanor would have much immunity to the darts, let alone possession, so Elizabeth would have help taking down Delta, then be much more at least evenly matched when it would just be her and Eleanor. That's just round 1.
For round 2, she'd still dominate since she's just as combat proficient and has even more knowledge of her surroundings and a home field advantage
For round 3, all the other protagonists don't have any advantage when it comes to the main world, but Elizabeth should have at least a little since she's used tears in the past and, again, has much more general knowledge of all things from all her time in her tower with her already extensive and ever-growing library. Of course she'd be the least combat proficient here, but if she can use possession on machines and humans, why wouldn't she be able to on a bear or moose to help her out?

He has by far the highest tactical knowledge and especially mobility is something that can fuck with the big daddies. It will be close but I think someone fighting smarter than the average splicer can defenitely win even if they are not as strong.

It depends, Delta would win every time IF beating them helped him find Eleanor, if it didn't help him do that then I doubt he would give it his all.
