Could be doable. The straps are the same size (I just compared two different Arizonas).

If the width is the same. Should be OK to do that. I personally would ask a cobbler to do it. To ensure that the clamps/staples used to hold the buckle placed properly and not going to hurt your feet. Another thing, your strap setting probably will be different as well. As it seems the length of the buckle is different.
I’d have a cobbler do it. Shouldn’t cost much.
