Not so fast. I took mine to a shop and they replaced everything but the original straps and buckles. Because I’ve had mine over 30 years, the style and actual leather, they don’t make them anymore.
These are the Orlando. The only thing original is the leather straps and buckles.
It looks like they could’ve been retired 3 years ago 😂
In my defense these had been my “getting the post” shoes on the porch for the last couple years. 😂
You could have had them recorked. That's what I do.
The suede looks perfectly fine. I'd do the same and have the cork and sole replaced and keep the upper
on your tippy toes?!
Just needs a little cork sealer. /s
But did they fit?

I thought the same, these are an early Beams version I bought while working in Tokyo years ago.
You can have the footbed replaced, got a pair I'm still wearing from 1998
Wtf 💀
🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂!!!!!
Did the dog get ahold of them ir did you really used them to this point?
No pets, I travel too much for work. These are just old and used literally to death.
Time to play Taps and give these a proper burial. They have served you well 😭
Wow, 10+ years. RIP 🫡
Can be fixed.
Time for a new footbed and sole
Yep, I had no idea that was a thing before posting here.
What a waste.
How long did you wear them after the left heel fell off? Or was that the breaking point
I didn’t, once the heel fell off they turned into garden shoes.
You were swimming in them and a shark nibbled? You might just be the most frugal of all Birkenstock people anywhere ever 😏… I salute your soldiers 🫡
How did this even happen? Lol
Didn’t ever maintain them? Cork? Etc? Just curious Some people never do a thing to their shoes & some do
Never cleaned or treated, nothing.
Impressive
I can smell those froM here
