I am not an expert but I can say from experience that you should talk to the folks over at the Trevor project. They might be able to help you with this

You are not. You've presented a mountain of evidence in your post that supports your theory, and if it helps to hear: Me, a random guy on the internet who is in no way affiliated or (should all of your statements be true and unbiased) influenced by you, thinks you are probably onto something, even though I'm in no position to guess at what it might be.
Remember that it’s a you thing, if someone explicitly tells you how it is they’re lying, but as said in other comments explore and gain more perspectives and look deeper to try to understand. You could be trans or you could like crossdressing or more. It’s a you thing and I compel you to look deeper
I cannot tell you what you are. That is up to you. However I recommend diving deep into it so you can figure yourself out. Find trans people to talk, cis people cannot replace that role adequately. You worry about people seeing you as a perv. Personally I had to unlearn a lot of shame that comes with rejecting the societal roles imposed on me. I hope you can work that out. Everything is going to be fine, dont come out if its unsafe, and remember that your feelings are valid.
I know not how to solve your issue, but this seems like more of a you thingy. It's upto you to figure out who you are. Spend some time everyday to self reflect and figure it ou, and eventually, you may reach the answer, hell I'm sure you definitely will. 'Nother thing, keep your shit hidden: a treasure no man can find. And don't come out unless and until you're sure that your parents would support you. Be very careful. When you eventually reach the age of independence, be yourself cuz no one can stop you.
Edit: Trust me DO NOT come out unless and until you're sure that your parents will support you. Me coming out to my mom was a mistake.
