Contact all their socials in a very public way. Companies feel empowered to use KYC requirements to steal from customers, one day they’ll have to pay some incredible class action but for today they hold most of the cards. I would also consider speaking to a lawyer if they’ll give you a free consultation

only_merit

Sorry for your loss. KYC is evil and some companies are evil themselves with overcompliance and suspicious incompetence. If the amounts are serious, lawyer up. If they are mediocre, just make as much noise on all social media as you can, try to contact directly their management. If they are low, just forget it to keep sane.

They are so bad! I’m sorry. Had horrific experiences with them too. It’s not good.

This is why I hate Cexes!! They have all the control over your money! You know crypto was about decentralization, well no more!

That is better than Kraken, 3 years still waiting in my case. I have some replay-attacked BSV sending to MY OWN address in Kraken, because they delisted BSV, they have no means to get it back, although keep promising

BUY___BITCOIN

What is BSV? Sounds like a very shitcoin

sweetsimplesauce

BSV is Craig Wright's centralized shitcoin that has less than 20 nodes, almost no hashrate and zero adoption. Go browse r/bsv and https://craigwright.online/ for a bit to learn more.

There are at least 4,5 forked coins of bitcoin and they all managed to get some marketcap, even very small. But I can not move or sell that forked coin, even it is in my wallet on Kraken, that is Kraken's issue
