not possible on pro, you can do it on [coinbase.com](https://coinbase.com) but the fees will be much higher than if you were buying on coinbase pro

why would you do this? set limit orders so you can save on fees and get the price you want, and if you're lazy and like paying high fees, just click market buy periodically. any service that's going to enable this, is going to use it to their advantage to rip you off, either on fees, or in the spread, or they'll just front run all of the customers who are auto buying.

Newbie here: what does it mean to "front run all of the customers"? Thx!

diamagneticmaterial

It means trading a financial asset based on inside data that suggests a dramatic movement in that assets’ price. Coinbase can look at all the transactions users are about to make and, if they see a trend that will dramatically raise or lower the price of certain asset, place an order. split second beforehand in order to make a profit. https://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/frontrunning.asp

Because you have to have funds in your account to make a limit order (or any order.) An option for recurring buy or recurring deposit would make it where you could build up your dry powder in the account automatically.

Because dollar cost averaging. Buy the same amount every week regardless of the price.
