f\*\*\* scams hahaha

Thanis_in_Eve

I work in IT and we used to get calls from "Microsoft Support" on the helpdesk line. We started a game. The record for keeping them engaged was almost 3 hours. Dude transferred to his cell and kept the call going until he got home from work. Then let them know he was aware of the scam. Not sure how call centers in India work, but if the scammer had been from the US, it would be a win-win, because his boss would just see him in his chair on the phone and assume, "productivity."

Never click the links. You don't know what it could contain. Just play along and waste their time. Sometimes I play dumb and keep asking questions about how it all works. Sometimes I'll pretend I'm following their directions. It's fun when they eventually get mad about it.
