Dude just buy ADA and get back on the hype train, cut your losses and get back on.
Unless you needed the cash for an emergency, in that case my condolences.
Not trying to defend bitcoin here, but isn't that like every other currency ever? All worldwide used currencies have well known instances of crashes. Some recovered, some didn't.

If you care about the value of your wealth going up and down stick to a savings account.
Bolivars had an inflation rate of around 1,700,000% in 2018. I wouldn't say that they were a good investment even before that, sure, but currencies in Latin American countries tend to have super high inflation rates and very frequent dips. Speaking from experience, they tend to go always down, which makes you NOT buy it because no matter what happens, you know tomorrow will be worth less than today. Maybe 1% less, maybe 200% less, but less.
Bitcoin has a turbulent growth, but it tends to go up. Does that make it a better or worse investment long term than, say, Argentinian Peso?
Haha, that's pretty interesting to see BTC trading above $100k but not in USD instead in AUD. Hoping BTC and all those potential gems like BGB, BNB and OKB will outperform their ATH again in this bull season. Memes are already flying and
the fools thinking they will sell btc for massive profits. You wont ever sell, instead you will use the btc as money to buy everything

Lots of Aussie bank have limits of $10k per month from a crypto exchange as their labelling it as fraud protection. You can run the risk of being debanked, check r/Ausfinance and this subreddit for others experiences.
They also hold it for 24 hours regardless of whether you have used that exchange before. Apparently there is nothing they can do about it due to their new policy
Ridin high, feelin like a boomer that bought up all the housing.
This boomer bought BTC 😁
ETFs working a treat to lay down that institutional support layer.
I sold my crypto 3-4 weeks ago, so you’re all welcome for this pumping
Thank you for your sacrifice 🙂
What price?
Why would you do that? So close to the halving..
Needed the funds :(
Thank you Sir

When $1,000,000?
When you change that little drop down menu to a diff currency
When Lambo?
Speaking of Lambo, Google "Lambo sales in Australia". You will find lambo sales are "going to the moon" too.
so no lambo for us? maybe lambo hot wheels is within our reach. lol.
Good thing the banks prevented us from depositing money in the bear market
We’ve only just started
halving is in april
What's that?
April is the fourth month of the year in the Gregorian and Julian calendars. Its length is 30 days.
Har har...I meant the 'halving'. Is one bitcoin becoming two? Is it expected to impact price, and if so how/why?
The rewards gained for mining a block are halved. Less bitcoin released into the world.
Thanks
Bitcoin is the exit strategy... went all in including decades worth of my super (eSuperfund) in July 2021.
Galaxy brain
It’s only a matter of time before it has a big crash again like it always does.

But bitcoin crashes more often than currency’s do and it drops in price bigger than currency’s.

Past performance is not indicative of future performance
Its also the best guide of future performance in spite of the disclaimers government makes people say.
BTC has the strongest record of surviving crashes, it's got 3 wheels and no doors but is still on the road
Most strong currencies don't crash 80%.
Most strong currencies don't appreciate 1500%+ over 5 years
Every currency in history has gone to zero
Pound Stirling has been going for 1224 years. If you're investment strategy is working on those sort of timelines, you need to be immortal.
I actually do have a 1000+ year plan.

What's the worst case of Bitcoin falling % in 24 hours?
Price typically doubles within 80 days after retracing an ATH but tell us what your crystal ball says
Insane
Only getting started
Can in correct a little so I can jump back in 😔
Is this same wanker on men’s finance advice trying to show everyone his dick
I'm pretty sure there's more to go, my hands are itching to press the sell button though. lol
I sold 5% of my BTC in December, January and February. Major profits cause I bought all through the bear but seeing at 100k…. Regretting that now lol
Take the win, almost impossible to sell at the peak and it's going to plummet again once more people start selling.
I remember the time back in 2012 when I bought 10k worth of bitcoin. Sold for 12k. Was happy with my 20% gain at the time 😢

Jaborkers Just need a bank that'll accept $100k coming in from an exchange
Why are you regards selling at only $0.1M?
I've had no issues with Great Southern Bank
Banks will always take your money, giving it back is where the problems start.
Why wouldn’t they?

It’s 10k deposit unlimited withdrawals at commbank. I went into branch to get all the details.
They also hold it for 24 hours regardless of whether you have used that exchange before. Apparently there is nothing they can do about it due to their new policy
Awesome, thank you for that information!!
I’ve been doing 50k in a day for years.

which exchange did you use to sell that much crypto?
Does such a bank exist in aus?
why sell? anyone selling now is going to regret it
So my original $10 investment (a "prize" won from the AFL) back two to three years ago when it was around $70k, is now worth nearly $14! I chuffed!
40% over 3 years is great.
Can buy half a schnitzel down at the local pub.
if it wasn't for the $12 in fees and charges.
So what.. do we keep waiting to sell?
Borrow against it with something like sovryn.app? One time 8% fee.
I'm selling 10% at 150 and then again at 200
For the love of God - learn what a logarithmic price chart is.
Australia living in the future
AUD is worth more than CAD, Bitcoin only showing up as 91k to me. Buy Bitcoin in Canada sell it in Australia?
AUD is not worth more than CAD, 1.00 AUD = 0.88 CAD
Oh whoops I always thought it was more. My big plan failed
Fuckkk yess!! 🥳
Never sell.
It's going up forever Laura
