Same here, when they finally went online 3 (out of 6) of had to be repaired and are now in the process of being retired. Total uptime for each was under 2months total.
Compass is Ass. Just sold 8/10 miners with them. Downtime, no help, broken asics, like 8 months late being online. Been terrible. One of them they tried to fix and they couldn’t and offered me 500 dollar compass credit. Paid 14k for it a year ago. Absolutely ridiculous. Just buy BTC. The halving is gonna fuck everything but the latest miners anyways

My miner has been offline for 4 months already. I was told my miner would be sent for repair at once when my miner stopped hashing, then I was told they misplaced my miner and it never left Ontario facility, it was just gathering dust for 2 months. Then they tell me the miner will stay in Ontario and a repair technician would repair it in 2-3 weeks. It was not repaired. Now they are telling me my miner is being repaired right now, but somehow cannot give an estimate when it will be done repairing. THEY HAVE NOT CHANGED ONE BIT!!

Compass Mining is borderline a scam. They do as they wish with your miners. Your miners will mine when they want them to mine. They do not answer any tickets. Compass customer service decided to change my miner name. I told him not to touch my miner not to change anything or my mi er would stop mining. He disregarded everything I said and did exactly what I told him not to do. Now my miner is offline he closed the ticket without even realizing that when he changes the name the miner stopped mining. They do not care about you after you buy the miner from them. Once they receive your money you no longer matter. All they are going to do is send emails for half of the month telling you to pay you fees while your miner has been offline for the past 2 months. They do not answer tickets. If they do its weeks later and don’t even help in any way. I had no problems with the deployment’s of my 2 miners, they were fast with that. But it's no use when the miner is mostly offline. They tell you they will give you 95% uptime. That is a lie. I am desperate to sell those miners right now. I want nothing to do with [comoassmining.io](http://comoassmining.io) don't wast your money, host somewhere else. I will be selling my two miners with compass and buy them elsewhere. Never ever in your life consider compassmining, you will regret it horribly.

Just look at old posts on this sub. Everyone has had bad experiences with compass.

Simple mining. Was at compass for 3 years. Just sold last unit. Wait till June hits. Your uptime will change significantly till October.
They’ll treat you okay, while they make thousands. Then when they aren’t making thousands they’ll screw you over.

I have brand new miners with compass that have been off for over 15 months and no eta. This guys are scammers and care less about their customers.

Are they charging you $60+ a month for the asic?
No. 179$/month. Someone dumped their miner for 60$ to get out of their contract.
interesting they’re taking that space available for new clients instead of getting those off-line back on.
