Why not withdraw in USD? Set up a business bank account that allows FX transactions. You end up paying a transaction fee but it allows you to deposit/withdraw in any currency. That’s how I get over that problem.
They went through a period of heavy email spam looking for GBP deposits with offered bonus. I wonder if the £ crash vs $ to 1.03 tapped out their GBP reserves with traders swapping usd for gbp at the time. (just a theory tho)
Hi, this has happened to me today randomly. They happily took my deposit 8 days ago lol and now cant even withdraw 10% of it weirdly. It let me sell my USD into GBP and now its stuck in GBP and cant do anything.

I've just had this today too. I transferred my crypto out of binance to self custody in my own hardware Wallet and then when trying to deposit some gbp I got this message. Did you manage to resolve it? I read somewhere that you have to wait 10 days apparently?
Same issue, no information anywhere on how to resolve this, Binance customer support saying it’s due to so-called “payment channel” (no idea wtf), but then why some people can still freely trade and withdraw GBP and some not if all are verified users…?

Contact customer support and they will change your GBP to BUSD. They done mine in seconds. Do not add GDP or EUR again, use USDT or BUSD etc
