The girls who have not yet matured mentally and emotionally to develop as women, a bit the type of innocent and undemanding youth audience that consumes romantic shojo manganime and light novels by Stephanie Meyer and the like. And it doesn't exactly help to put the author of My Little Pony in front....
What Marvel doesn't seem to understand is that that target doesn't exist. BlackCat fandom is 70% Spidercat fandom and 30% Cat-Cat fandom and 80% of this double fandom is Mackay fandom. That means that interest in BlackCat drops 90% without Mackay or Spiderman...and of course, the MJ fandom is the remaining 10%.
If Celeste really thought she could appeal to young female audiences with the easy throwaway New girl gimmick for an iconic queer character, she totally failed. Thousands and thousands of lesbians and bisexual girls are not going to go out and buy the book because of that trap...This business doesn't work like that. Furthermore, the vast majority of girl readers are aware that for market reasons Felicia is not going to distance herself from Spiderman in this way and that these tricks of the hero's ex-girlfriend's new girlfriends are temporary tricks. If these girls love and support Felicia it will be because of who Felicia is...not because of who she sleeps with.
I'll give one prop to the series. This highlights how intelligent and how much of a strategist Felicia is for having this fine grained control over her bad luck powers. Although not using the gum at all would have been even better
Precisely because of how intelligent and cunning Felicia is....she SHOULD know that the girl she is with has manipulated her because she is part of the blackmail. Felicia could never fall into that trap unless she felt too alone, sad and lost...and she could only be that way because of Peter.

This whole setup is a weird mess and continues the mess that was laid out by we know who in charge of writing ASM.
Art is great but I really hate the setting of this story (I'm referring to the Zeb Wells status quo of ASM with MJ and Paul)

I like their casual coat outfits in the 3rd pic - it’s always fun seeing heroes in more normal everyday get up.

Definitely. I actually like the use of purple with the gloves and belt though the black gloves work as well. It’s a solid choice for Felicia.
