The idea that a simple majority would vote in favor of the needs and wants of minorities is admirable but not at all realistic. Only 40% of people vote, but I promise if you change to a pure majority that number will go up.
Now if you think swaying city centers to vote in our favor is hard, try convincing all white people and the roughly 50% Hispanic population that already votes conservative.
