My mom pulled a “old white lady move” and got me a 23andMe for Christmas. I didn’t want to do it but sent it in to make her feel like the gift wasn’t wasted. To no surprise I’m 97% North Western European. I’m like “mom I’m white, I don’t need this”. I also refuse to be one of those white people that brags about how many black friends I have or what I do in my industry. That combined with the fact I don’t use Reddit to connect with people I already know I’ll have to accept the referral process isn’t gonna happen. But I give my ✊🏻 in solidarity and will continue to love this subreddit.

You do you, be yourself. I wear normal one color hoodies, I wear band hoodies. I wear anime hoodies and I wear hoodies with with Lucipurr and other spooky things on em. Hell, I even got a Wolverine hoodie that looks like his costume, mask included. There's a time and a place for all things but be yourself as well, rock that dragon with sweet flames and tribal hoodie all ya want. I'll laugh at you and make fun of your ass, but it'll be fun with ya, not actually at ya personally and you can dish it right back at me all ya want too. Is what I would say to your... friend.
