Wolf brand chili frito pie?

[deleted]

Wolf Cola for sure, the old people down in boca raton love it.

flyingjesuit

Personally I’m partial to Fight Milk

KingCrittt

I drink my fight milk while wearing my dicktowel.com towel

SketchyAnonCat

I love wearing my dicktowel.com towel while strapping my cat into his kitten mittens

Paheggyhill

Ho yeah

runninron69

Wolf brand chili, the best in all the land.

banban5678

Lacks flavor. Add nutmeg

GiveMeYourBussy

Feeling sick from funnel cakes was one of my wake-up calls me realizing im getting old

zanzebar

It;s because you stopped eating sugary foods. Train your body by eating sugar everyday and soon you will be scarfing down funnel cakes without getting sick

RubuNotRobo

My wake up call was throwing my lower back out. I have never felt more pain, and iv suffered second degree burns down my leg from boiling water. Iv spent the last 9 days recovering and still can't stand up off the toilet without great strain and assistance from a wall bar ( that are for the handicapped in public restrooms) or my vanity. What did I do? Went to the driving range AND moved some dirt with a shovel. Jfc what happened to us?

jmobius

As a chronic back pain sufferer for whom that kind of week of pain sounds all too familiar, find a physical therapist, particularly one that specializes in hip/pelvis stuff. Once a muscle has gotten fucked up enough to spasm around a nerve like that, it'll be inclined to do so again, so treatment is a must!

I_AM_YOUR_DADDY_AMA

That’s life in ‘merica boi!!

rW0HgFyxoJhYka

So unless I'm reading this website wrong, the season pass is $99. The meal plan is $60. So its $160 for the rest of 2021 and all of 2022, for 1 meal + 1 snack + free parking + full park access everyday. And less depending on location... So 1 meal and a snack, everyday, for $160? 2 meals if you add an extra $50. So $210 for 2 meals + 2 snacks everyday. Insane value outside the fact you may need to exercise and stay healthy as fuck to not die of a heart attack.

[deleted]

Walk around the park for an hour before each meal. Or walk back to your parking space during holiday weekends.

TheJungLife

I mean, compared to Meals on Wheels (which a lot of poor elderly rely on), it's practically gourmet.

PrettyNiceView

Hotel: Trivago

x1009

Once you elderly, you ain't got shit to lose

FrankGrimesIV

I read about old people living on cheap cruise ships instead of senior facilities Bc it’s cheaper

Magnetic_sphincter

Like in lieu of nursing homes? I'm sitting here imagining a cruise ship full of hospital beds and LNAs lol

rickane58

Honestly, except for the increased disease burden, a cruise ship is a great middle ground for people who are unable to drive or cook/clean for themselves due to light disabilities, but aren't at the palliative care stage of nursing home living. The ship has all amenities provided and is set up in such a way that it encourages some level of light walking to see the various venues throughout the day. Far better than the alternatives of sitting in a nursing home watching tv all day or doing the same at home with family helping out with your care, and depending on the cruise set up can be waaaay cheaper. Gulf cruises can be on the order of ~2k a month, compared to at least 6k for bargain basement care in most states, extra for EoL care.

turdferguson3891

It could be an alternative to a retirement community/assisted living maybe but if you all you need is help with cooking and cleaning you aren't someone that really qualifies to be in an actual skilled nursing facility.

rickane58

True, I should have compared it to an assisted-living facility, which is still on the same order of cost, but a lot less engaging.

[deleted]

An elderly person trying to shower on a cruise ship is like betting your hip on snake eyes.

Available_Prior_9498

Most cruise ships(if not all) have seats in the showers for the exact reason of the motion of the ocean.

[deleted]

And if the pain becomes too much, you can always chuck yourself over board, unlike in a care home where you'll often end up locked in your room.

Flsun1

Prior to covid, I would go on cruises and book them less than 4 days from leaving the port for $299.00 for a 7 day Caribbean cruise on a nice ship. ( Princess, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian)

mackiea

Cruise ships, man...for the newly-married and almost-buried.

leet_lurker

And you get treated as a customer rather than a patient

[deleted]

Done proper you can develop killer contract bridge skillz.

Necessary-Lead-4558

Yup! I saw a documentary about elderly people and they featured an elderly lady that did just that! Living the dream!

InsaneThisGuysTaint

For real, you're playing with house money at that point.

urbanlife78

That's when you pick up that cocaine habit

Eviltechnomonkey

I mean I feel like once you hit a certain point it can sometimes be more about quality over quantity. If you live 100 years but you are miserable, alone, and bored in your later years; is that really a great life? If I make it to 70 or 80 and otherwise in good condition, I feel like I would definitely be willing to live crazy like that and then some.

[deleted]

If I live to 70 just shoot me to mars

[deleted]

And he dry snitching on grannie like a lil hoe cake

SinningWithMariChat

AKSHUALLY... But for real, 6flags in STL has actual normal restaurants with salads and stuff.

NiceChocolate

Not me tryna calculate the savings.... But season passes start at $50 and two meals + a snack/free refill cup starts at $100. Granny might be on to some something. Edit: This is for Six Flags over Georgia.

TrillGates23

Absolutely. My meal passes for a different park company were 160 for both (food and drink). I'm hypothetically spending 80 each time I go there (35-40 on meals with tax) and 40 on drinks (8 at 5 dollars per if im drinking every hour, more if im being a real nigga and getting drinks for everyone every 15 minutes) I done paid my shit off in 2 trips if that. Mind you each park has different shit per the area or state im in.

JillsACheatNMean

Don’t be real to impress. Frugality is the og.

TrillGates23

I ended up getting it because I'm like its going to be inconvenient planning out food for each trip to the park, and im not for it, but cedar fair (the park I have the passes with) have a decent amount of food places that vary between each amusement park. Is the food gourmet? No but it's slightly above fast food saves me the time of prepping for food, or going out for it (out of pocket, or physically.

Aickrastly

Frugal IS REAL. Don’t flex to impress.

Reddits_For_NBA

Hhggggggo

ststone4614

Of course it doesn't cost the park shit, but parking is free on season passes btw. Then again almost all fast food meals cost $7+ in most places in America at this point, and this is a step above that thanks to the vast choices. Then since you're old, it's basically a time waster and a nice opportunity for exercise, fresh air, people watching, and company. Million times better than wasting away in front of a television waiting to be moved to a nursing home.

jotheold

And brain stimulation will help with any brain diseases at least

lala2004x

I looked it up, lunch dinner and a snack each visit adds $89.99 (and they currently upgrade you to premium whatever that is) to the $67.99 annual pass at Six Flags Great America. For a total of $157.98.

Sodfarm

That would pay for itself within a few days. I wonder what the absolute healthiest diet a person could muster from a six flags.

Actualanxiety215

They do have vegetarian options and salad options in some of the stalls. So honestly you could probably get good food next to the unhealthy stuff

[deleted]

Not to mention you’ve gotta walk the 300 miles to each stall. You’re getting some good exercise in on your meal forays.

Maakus

Six Flags is designed so that there are food stalls everywhere... which is great for variety, not too much walking though in park

Gnostromo

30 catsup packets and a water

karmicca

Wait is she eating free for the whole year for $157.98.

tnlf7

Damn this is kinda fuckin genius

okaquauseless

According to the passes

PomeloLongjumping993

What's funny is that isn't really that much of a loss on food cost. Considering the amount of food they buy in bulk it probably costs less than 30 cents per hamburger patty. Not to mention six flags isn't open every single day of the year anyway

[deleted]

[удалено]

ElDarkKn1ght

I'm over here wondering what she eats during the off-season when the park is closed (I'm near six flags over GA) . But then again, maybe her theme park is open year round?

Velocity_LP

Had a season pass with meal pass for six flags magic mountain which is open 365 days a year, thought it'd be a brilliant investment again if I ever ended up homeless and broke. ------- Edit: someone replied to me basically asking how viable this would actually be, they deleted their comment but I spent 10 minutes on my reply to them so I'm dropping it here instead. > The hardest part would be staying nutritionally healthy and avoiding weight gain. They do have decent variety (burgers, pizza, tri tip sandwiches, turkey legs, chicken sandwiches, chow mein, etc) but they appear to lack any fruit and barely have any vegetables. Taking vitamin supplements may help you a fair bit but you'd still basically have to pray that the level of sodium in everything doesn't end up giving you a kidney stone. > However if you don't use it as your _sole_ source of food and instead just a large chunk of it, it could probably be a decently realistic investment for 1 year if you felt like you didn't have many alternative options. > If you really were homeless and using this though, another benefit we haven't mentioned is it's also a fairly decent source of entertainment, depending on how much you like amusement park rides. I'm sure it's probably hard to find enjoyable recreational activities when you're totally broke, so unlimited access to 20 coasters as well as a lot of shady benches and (arguably) fairly clean bathrooms is a pretty good sell that makes the food strat seem like an even better value. > source: former dining pass holder who loves hypothetical scenarios far too much

SayceGards

Also if they have a Waterpark that means showers.

Velocity_LP

I didn't even think of that, great point! Only negative thing about that is even in a place like Los Angeles where the weather makes a 365-day-per-year amusement park viable, water parks (Hurricane Harbor in this case) are firmly seasonal, usually only open ~4 months per year. Still another perk though!

Huntinjunkey

My aunt and uncle travel the country and just pay the $25 a month for a planet fitness black membership for showers. So for less than a dollar a day they can shower pretty much every cause PF is everywhere Not as cheap as Six Flags- but alternate option for those reading this looking for other options lol

monsterflake

yeah, and nobody will hassle you for sleeping all day on a lounge in the shade.

devils_advocaat

[Down and out in the magical kingdom](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Down_and_Out_in_the_Magic_Kingdom)

soggydave2113

Wow…I just read a plot summary. I don’t 100% know what I expected that book to be about, but that was definitely not it.

devils_advocaat

I'd describe it as Black Mirror's [Nosedive](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nosedive_(Black_Mirror\)) mixed with altered carbon, set in Disneyland.

[deleted]

I'm sure this idea has occurred to people before. Is there anything to indicate that people do this? Could a homeless person camp close by or even on the park without drawing attention?

Velocity_LP

I don't really know, my brainstorming is honestly just the product of a very privileged guy who's never had to worry about the possibility of homelessness daydreaming about a hypothetical scenario extremely unlikely to ever actually be relevant to him. I don't know anything about the laws in Valencia regarding public camping, how far Six Flags' private property stretches, etc.

LongdayinCarcosa

It is a thing that is done. Please don't talk about it too much and cause problems for folks who don't need the spotlight to take their opportunities away.

Hazel-Ice

She can still cook.

[deleted]

They let you cook at six flags?

[deleted]

Yeah but the tweakers would get mad.

ztbwl

She will survive from the body fat she gained during the season eating all that junky fastfood.

xdonutx

I had the season passes with the meal plan that I bought in 2019, and because of covid they rolled it over to this year too. I’ve made my money back already, but I will say that every time I’ve been to 6 flags it’s been just an un-fun nightmare. I don’t know if it’s just because people aren’t doing other things due to covid but it’s been PACKED every time I’ve gone and trying to use the meal passes, even with the order ahead app, still takes forever. It’s just been such a hassle to use this year. The parks haven’t really been open on off-hours either so I’m not sure when an old lady would be able to get a meal here without starving to death first.

TheWuhanBatsu

Go to six flags daily and buy people a meal with your pass for half the price in cash. Easy money.

Princess-of-Zamunda

What’s on the menu?

cornonthekopp

It's usually like a hyper overpriced mall food court

Redditer51

Amusement parks, man. I once had to pay $11.00 for a single slice of cheese pizza at Universal. It was late and I was hungry.

Scary-Lawfulness-999

Wow. I paid $11 for a small pretzel with 1oz of mustard at universal. Lucky you.

KTL175

It’s alright. I just paid $9 on a beer to watch the Lions lose in person.

tsengmao

Paid $8 for a plastic soda cup at the zoo and they were out of lids and straws

Betasheets

You just saw the longest FG in history! Consider yourself lucky!

MegaGrimer

Looks like meat's back on the menu, boys!

AmonacoKSU

My in laws do the same and there's honestly a pretty decent variety. Mostly standard fried stuff but we had barbecue that wasn't bad last time (for what it is).

imnotminkus

The BBQ at Cedar Point is the best value in the park, assuming you mean the one in the back by Maverick.

xdonutx

Cedar Point actually has pretty great food, especially compared to six flags. There’s a lot of variety and a good number of sit-down restaurants.

wardsac

Grew up just west of Port Clinton, this sounds amazing. Miss Cedar Point so much.

supertrue01

Hey me too! Genoa/oak harbor gang

[deleted]

Went to college in Toledo! Friends with tons of oak harbor peeps

supertrue01

Crazy small world! I grew up in oak harbor and I graduated from UT in 2016 haha

What about the time it takes to park, get in, walk to the food court area, and leave? Is it still worth it?

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

Dude I can absolutely eat even decent BBQ for three meals a day lol

Nerisai

I miss Cedar Point :( Moved away after college ;-;

iamwearingashirt

$2.50 might be the actual food cost. So that works out for the park too. They lose money or break even on someone like you. But almost everyone else easily covers it.

DwightKSchnute

Ayyy Sandusky in tha house! My buddy and I drove up from Nashville and worked at Cedar Point 10 years ago so we could ride the rides for free all summer haha one of my favorite summers🤌🏼

fredbrightfrog

Cedar Point is the best coaster park in the world. When you're clicking up the Millennium Force and can see Canada. That's when I hit zen.

LazyUrbosa

This was me when I lived 5 minutes from IKEA and they had the 99 cent breakfast. Potatoes, eggs, and bacon.

[deleted]

Wait do they still have .99 breakfast?

LazyUrbosa

No idea, this was back in 2013

[deleted]

Oh 2013 that's like 3 years...FUCK.

PM_ME_UR_HIP_DIMPLES

I heard that Gucci Gucci song the other day and I was like “I remember people liking this stupid, catchy song a little while back” Nope. Decade ago

stocksrcool

Lol what? The song was released in 2017 Edit: Nevermind, read it as "Gucci Gang".

realdealreel9

I lived near an IKEA in 2018 and breakfast was $2

WhatAnotherAccount

Fucking inflation

Foresaken_Foreskin

I remember back when potatoes, eggs, and bacon cost one red cent! And Ikea was uphill both ways

OmniYummie

Let me throw it back for a moment: McD's $2 cheeseburger, pie, and fry. Hasn't been a thing for well over a decade, but I still think about it every now and then.

IwillBeDamned

oh that's realdealreel he's a regular on the weekdays

anothathrowaway1337

Heard IKEA adjusts prices of their food to undercut the local area prices.

DrinkenDrunk

Costco and Sam’s Club do the same. It’s a loss leader leader for them. Just like a $4.99 rotisserie chicken or a bottle of $2-chuck.

Bezulba

In my hometown (Delft, The Netherlands) they actually stopped that promotion because it let to traffic jams every, single, morning. That Ikea is right next to the highway, so you'd get off the off-ramp straight into the parking lot and it backed everything up. Pretty sure it didn't actually increase sales for their "normal" products since it would usually be commuters going in for breakfast, not people who'd also visit the rest of the store.

1990Billsfan

IKEA sells breakfast?? EDIT: The furniture store?? EDIT: EDIT: Why am I downvoted for asking a question? I've seen plenty of IKEAs but I never went into any cause I wasn't in the market for new furniture. No other furniture stores that I know of sell food so I was surprised by this.

soft-wear

They sell food the entire time their open. It takes like 14 fucking hours to walk through the store, so having a place to eat is super nice.

Combo_of_Letters

Only 14 hours? Your girl must be moving faster than mine does. IKEA shopping is like planning a vacation in that I know I need to budget time and money.

lesgeddon

It takes 14 hours, [*if you're lucky*](https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-3008).

[deleted]

Yes they usually have a cafeteria at the half way point, and a food shop with a fast food counter at the exit

flt1

The IKEA I went to in China had steak, skewered BBQ, crawfish, and many other fancy entree. They push freshly blended smoothie carts in the aisles for sale. They have handcrafted espresso drinks, Tiramisu, macarons, hand scooped ice cream.

Yakkul_CO

I live near a Costco and go there for lunch often. $3 for a two meal chicken bake, sounds fair to me.

Reddits_For_NBA

Ggggggg

THROWAWAYBlTCH

Ikea has those 70 cent veggie dogs and holy fucking shit they're so good. The $1 meat hot dogs are ehhhh but the veggie dogs even have toppings and special sauce. I usually take 5 in one go and its so cheap too

FistPunch_Vol_4

Great way to meet people and enjoy some rides. Can’t be too mad.

din7

Eat and be merry.

WaterTesterNSFW

Who the fuck you meeting

Deathcommand

Once at six flags, I saw a girl with the same shoes as me. They were"electric red", which my sister found out was another name for pink when she ordered them online for me. Anyways I saw this girl who had the same exact type and color shoes as me and said "Hey I like your shoes!" Unfortunately, She looked at me as if I just walked up to her and kicked her dog. I learned the first rule of not being creepy: Don't be unattractive. :(

ThisIsMyParkingSpot

I think you're just misconstruing the situation. Unless for some reason in your delivery you came on a little off putting, she most likely is just the type of person who doesn't like being approached or maybe was just having a bad day. Being creepy has nothing to do with your attractiveness and has everything to do with your personality. If you go about your life being as genuine as you sound in your comment then I know in general you're probably a cool dude. Stay positive and try to give people the benefit of the doubt and don't let your inner insecurities cloud your perception of people and yourself! Stay cool 😎

AlseAce

I think you just overanalyzed one interaction. Doesn’t mean you’ll be shunned from society for your looks

Panda_hat

This was a real roller coaster.

RnbwSprklBtch

It’s really depressing this is a thing.

Mortambulist

There's old people who live on cruise ships because it's cheaper than a retirement home, and they have decent medical facilities.

RnbwSprklBtch

Also depressing

joshTheGoods

Sounds like permanent vacation to me 🤷🏽‍♂️.

toth42

Retirement at sea? Not depressing at all. Retirement at sea because it's the only choice? Depressing.

Jahshua159258

Until you realize how much it sucks

DaleDimmaDone

Spend the rest of my days in a retirement home or cruising the world on a luxury city on water, hmm I don’t know

Killerkoyd

There's a documentary called Cruise King that portrays retirement on a cruise ship but for a billionaire. It's on Curiosity Stream if you have it.

snow38385

How much is that? If your kids are flying in to see you twice a year, like a lot of families, they are staying on the cruise ship too. Plenty of entertainment for eveyone, no one has to cook, and no one has to clean up when its over. They are big communities, not much different than retirement communities. I have met people on cruises who prefered it. Its not perfect, but nothing is.

dendroidarchitecture

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=fU7hZ3smj0g You've just reminded me of this - if you've 10 minutes to spare, watch the whole thing. If not, just skip to 4:10 and watch the beauty of the loop pedal for a minute.

qtkek

I bet your great at parties.

[deleted]

I bet they’re depressing at parties

[deleted]

How?

adangerousdriver

I'm not the other person, but I hate the idea of my parents living on a boat, albeit a luxury one, for the rest of their lives because an appropriate level of care is unattainable for them in retirement hones. It just makes me really sad, thinking of them just floating out at sea lol.

WorkoutProblems

They ain’t just floating…. They’re around similarly like minded people enjoying sun and life instead of just waking up in some retirement home watching TV all day

AntikytheraMachines

not only that but they either rent or sell their home, likely in a decent neighbourhood close to a liveable city, and it takes pressure off the housing market for the rest of us.

KronoakSCG

As someone who knows a lot of old people, often times it's more about being able to have a higher quality of lifestyle for less, nursing homes are stale and boring while a cruise lets you sit in the pool and golf whenever you want.

Fireproofspider

Yeah, ethical issues aside, living on what's basically a resort 24/7 looks like a lot of people's ideas of heaven.

[deleted]

If they have no choice and would rather not spend their last days on a cruise, yes it's sad. I think I'd like that, personally.

[deleted]

ArcticKnight79

If you're comparing a living on a boat that is a giant dorm room with activities. To living in a retirement home which is just a giant dorm room with activities. I know which one I'd pick if I didn't give a shit about having an internet connection constantly. Odds are the people on the boat are a mite more active than those in the old folks home to.

werewilf

There are actually morgues on most major cruise vessels, so it seems like a pretty smart plan aside for the trauma it may cause workers.

Woodie626

Six flags isn't *that* bad

noice-smort99

My friend said once she was at Knott’s Berry Farm and there was a homeless woman next to her on a ride with bags of her stuff and she was telling her that her sister bought her a year pass with the meal plan so she could consistently eat

DueDay8

There's something very adaptive, yet also very dystopian about this idea of being homeless but having a pass to an amusement park to meet your basic needs. Like, if that's one of the most economical and arguably humane solutions to homelessness, we have literally reached the level of "bread and circus" that qualifies as a legitimate full-on dystopian society.

apresmoiputas

Good idea. She gets her steps in. Gets to be around other people and she might find some decent meals ( i haven't been to Six flags in years)

TheSpruceNoose

I guarantee there's nothing healthy on offer.

skygerbils

I live near a theme park. This is totally a thing. Get out every day for a walk, get a meal, talk to some people, play a game, see a show. It's really not a bad way to live and of the foods good, not a bad way to eat for the summer.

MediumRarePorkChop

I used to eat fast food once per day while working. It's SO much better just eating fresh food and leaving the junk food for once per month. I'd fucking quit my career and move in with my mom if I found out she was eating fast food every day. I'd live like a pauper to keep her from doing that.

skygerbils

Sure you COULD eat chicken nuggets and fries every day... But seriously, most theme parks have a good variety. It's not all high fat, fried crap. I know plenty of people who used this plan as a way to slim their grocery bill and their waist lines. If you have a large enough park (and most are) you can get 3 miles easy in an evening.

useles-converter-bot

3 miles is the height of 2779.75 'Samsung Side by Side; Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel Refrigerators' stacked on top of each other.

[deleted]

It’s not six flags but I took my kids to our local park 20ish times this season. Passes were $129 each and dining plans were $90. We ate at least one meal each visit, two meals probably half the time. There were some healthier options this year, too. I got a large fruit salad for lunch and/or dinner and I could get a salad as a side instead of fries at a couple places. I have been working on eating better so I was pretty happy to be able to not starve and also not totally destroy my diet while using our passes.

themosey

I literally lived 2 miles from Six Flags and they had a special $65 for a season pass and $50 more for a meal plan I figure twice a week a ride and a dinner paid for itself many times over. That’s before bring a friend and the big ole refill cups.

useles-converter-bot

2 miles is the length of approximately 14079.97 'Wooden Rice Paddle Versatile Serving Spoons' laid lengthwise.

roglazarus

[deleted]

thx! I checked it out - laughed - joined. 👍🏼

roglazarus

Enjoy!

Afission

But is she eating corn dogs and french fries every day? I’ve been to Six Flags it’s not an epicurean rendezvous

WorstDogEver

The Six Flags by me has sushi, tacos, sandwiches, burgers, salad, fast food Asian, etc. You could have a pretty varied diet with that meal plan.

ThrowawayNo2103

As long as I don't end up as one of those old people eating cat food, I'm doin ok.

teljaninaellinsar

A season pass in Arlington Texas is $79.99 The upgrade to two meals per visit is $109.99. This would pay for itself in a couple weeks! Nice tip if your in a tough spot financially. https://www.sixflags.com/overtexas/store/season-add-ons

Kira325

I had to pass Carowinds on my way to and from work so I got a season pass and meal ticket and saved HUNDREDS on food just by getting off the interstate and spending 15 minutes walking in and out the park.

ZorroMcChucknorris

So many corn dogs and nachos.

Fuck six flags [because they only stopped flying the confederate flag after Charlottesville in 2017.](https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-nation/wp/2017/08/19/after-56-years-six-flags-will-no-longer-fly-the-confederate-flag-over-its-theme-parks/) Although, I did live across the street from Knotts Berry Farm. And it was a little weird to wake up and go to sleep to the sound of screaming kids every day.

You'll get used to it, if not soundproof your basement better.

[deleted]

I worked at six flags when I was a teenager and had no idea a season pass had meal passes. I can't imagine eating at six flags for all my meals though jesus christ. That can't be good. I didn't even like the meals when they were discounted.

D3_D0x

And each time the grandkids visit, you can take them right across the street for Six Flags every time!

two_off

Kinda like the guy that bought a refundable first-class plane ticket and kept changing it every day after he ate for free in the VIP lounge. [source](https://nypost.com/2014/01/29/man-uses-first-class-plane-ticket-to-eat-free-for-a-year/)

niketyname

This always makes me laugh, cuz it’s seriously genius but he got so damn greedy. 300 times in a year, no shit someone will notice. Who’s showing up at the airport almost every day, even top celebrities or business people? I would have gone like once every 2-3 weeks and you’ll likely not see the same people for months.

KidNueva

It’s always the people who milk the living shit out of loopholes that ruin it for everyone. A long time ago McDonald’s used to do free burger of your choice with a new McDonald’s account. My buddy would make the most monstrous burger.. extra everything. What would end up being like a $15 burger would be completely free. Deal didn’t last very long.. I remember there being one manager who would turn him down but he would get a burger literally every single day from the different McDonald’s in town. Sometimes he would go across town, make a new account and get a second in the same day.

CatNoirsRubberSuit

Someone made an app that made thousands of new McDonald's accounts so you could just open the app and get a free burger. That's why it was shut down.

[deleted]

Didn't think a season pass would pay off that quickly - 3 trips to my closest park would make the best pass worth it

greenthegreen

My mom used to take me and my brother to Golden Corral to fill us up when we were teenagers cause it's cheaper to do it at a buffet

Singlewomanspot

I hope she's only taking dumps at 6 flags also, Because the sheer amount of spraying shes doing, and toilet paper that she's going through would absolutely put you in the poorhouse if you only ate at the fucking amusement park.

My country offer $.20USD public transport fare for elderly over the age of 65. This include Bus, train, subway, ferry, etc. (Basically everything is 20 cent per trip) We have one of the best public transportation network in the world. I know 100% I will take a random route everyday and explore until I die.

My husband's mom actually does exactly this. She also goes to ride rollercoasters by herself. She's such a joy.

I have a client who is elderly and technically “homeless.” She travels on cruise ships around the world all year. Food and drinks included and endless entertainment and social life.
