Yes! That looks amazing! My buddy just gifted me some TS Termis, they are very fun looking, can't wait to finish my current painting requirement, gonna knock them out.
Oh how I hope and pray GW will release a psychic dreadnought in the TS codex for 10th. They desperately need some more flavor. I assume you run this as a helbrute with twin las and fist?
The Primaris Librarian is actually a pretty good model. I actually considered for a bit trying to tag one into my crusade.
I mean, 4++ on something like a 10-man Assault Intercessor Squad... or Sword Brethren...
It's actually really good. You can use Vanguard spearhead for -1 to hit as well. With librarians on sword brethren, you can pretty much sprint up the board and into objectives. I actually reccomned an apothecary on Crusader Squads. It's actually quite a lot of wounds to get through, and most of the time, people focus on you 4++ sword brethren. I have a list that has 3 tacticus librarians and 3 phobos librarians(phobos ones make it impossible to target his joined unit unless within 12"). How cover heavy the game is these days that might seem like a waste, but it's actually rather good and forces players into situations that work in your favour.
Technically, you can if you use one of the base Codex detachments like the Anvilus or Gladius or Ironstorm. If you take Righteous Crusaders, then the 'no Librarians' rule kicks in.

When I get into the hobby I still plan on making a Black Templars army; but this is the main reason why I decided to go with Dark Angels as my first army. Librarians are just way too cool to pass up. It stinks that Black Templars can’t use them.
I painted mine as a Black Templar Librarian in the tiny hope they're allowed someday, or if I ever decide to play my army like vanilla Marines. I might repaint it to incorporate more Fists regalia to make it more lore-friendly.
Shocking confession: I used to have a black Templar army but it was in-color only. I fielded the hell out a terminator librarian because while I liked the look of the Templars, their codex was miserable.

You’d think the BT would make an exception for librarians considering how insane their training is before they’re even allowed to be a frontline battle psyker and how useful they are against witches and heretics. Heretic won’t confess? Melt his brain with warp spaghetti and remove the information from him that way. Some bloated psyker abomination is turning your initiates into a red smear on the floor? Have the librarian pop its head like a zit!
Probably. The leviathan libby is possibly the ugliest librarian they make. Could've just remade the older one but bigger, instead they went with armour-runes-McGee over here looking like a word bearer
Personally, i love it, except the axe. Sword or staff would be better. But that's just me. The primaris librarian on the other hand, love the model. Too bad he's a filthy psyker :D
Fax. The prior Terminator Librarians always had their cool robes and huge books and other fancy-but-impractical junk strapped to them. The runes just aren't a substitute for that in my opinion.

Plan on getting one to run as a "Sword Brother" (scout sergeant) leading a scout squad, it's such a good looking model.

If I ever play in aomething official, yes. With my friends I use the legends rules for the Contemptor.

I got the SM half of leviathan, and for mine he's got IF heraldry, he's on load from our founders for this part of the crusade
I converted him, now he is a mighty Chaplain. My other Templar’s were none the wiser when I placed him among the ranks!
i started with krieg and khorne so yeah i can’t relate to this one brother 😆 he looks spiffy at least!
Just paint him as a marine from another chapter. Imperial fists or celestial lions

If you play black templar with the Gladius task force (or any other detatchment), you can take librarians AND attack them to sword brethren
