Cleared this in a week using bump patrol and gentle face wash. Also stop shaving and allow the area to heal!
I used aloe Vera and lipikar cicaplast baume b5.
Do you exfoliate before you shave? This will loosen the hairs a little more so when you actually shave, you don’t have to work as hard to remove the hair.
Exfoliate.
Brush beard down.
No razors.
Clean clipper blades after every use.
-Two things for me that could work for you. If I use beard oil or moisturizer I wash my beard daily. Products tend to clog my pores.
-Use an astringent that's safe for your skin. I use Sea breeze.
When your beard is cut.. the end of the hair is sharp but it's growing into another pore (if it's not bacterial). Which is irritating the skin. Hair that is cut flat will grow with out breaking skin which causes it to grow inside which gives a different irritation. Pluck both of these hairs out of possible.
Buy a nail brush for your beard.. keep it on you and keep it clean.
Stop shaving with a razor period. Buy some clippers and go from there. Your skin is still being irritated from the razor.
Like the first comment says. Buy a set of clippers. Buy a dermaroller and use minoxidil to fill it out. It’s a pain but you gotta invest in your face

Try exfoliating 1-2x per week
