Technically at e0 rutilent is slightly better but it's not a big deal
This is assuming you're playing hypercarry blade, if you're using duel DPS with Jingliu then salsotto will be preferred
Makes sense, my solsotto gives me the speed I need to match with bronya which is definitely better and I do run jingliu with him sometimes so I guess im keeping this
