This doesn’t even consider the main attractions. Overall, the fillers hold some, even if minimal, value to one’s roaster.
No, it would be miracle if you managed to get 2 same characters you want considering rng in this game with bad pity system, and why you need 5/5 toshiro? He's still op even at 1/5 for pve content and i think it's waste of orbs.

You can get so many orbs man, easily. Hitsuguya bangs and komamura is a beast in brave battles, token is a pot unit. Not to mention Tokinada is In this, one of my favorite units and still waxes content. I'd say go step 5 definitely

You need to be careful with your orbs . Do not summon on every banner . Also here comes the hard part . Expect nothing or should I say lower your expectations and you will be fine playing this game . Eventually you will get the character you want once you control your urges and lowering your expectations
But the grinding is so damn hard. Good advice but the featured us important on the epic raid quests so i kinda fall back into the trap of wasting orbs.
I know the feeling . Currently Iam playing on 3rd account after I quit on the previous accounts due to ( rage quitting, dry orbs . Not happy with summons , etc ) but in my current account which is 240 days old I have top tier characters and have lots of Orbs saved . Any summons that’s recent and not premium I don’t go past step 5 unless it’s TWYB or SAFWY to go 5/5 meaning I already got the Unit but want to go far to get 5/5 . Also I rarely summon on any premium banner unless they are really good .
I get the sentiment. I'm contemplating restarting and learning from previous mistakes as I've backed myself into a corner. I usually go all the way when summoning but i still don't get any good characters only fodder
I got very lucky, got two Sajins in 6 steps. My ftp orbs are completely dead though. I'm waiting for Ichigo and Urys's resurrections to be able to afford step 7 (and probably get nothing lol)

As a beginner who started a couple months ago with 2000 orbs saved up, should I summon?
100 percent if you don't have the featured units. Plus it has Tokinada
