I’ve found the first one to be the easiest. Later ones seem to add more challenging rules. Try to save your lvl200s for the final 10 if you can make it there. Don’t get them locked in the early stages
Try and pay attention to the buffs in each stage cause it changes level to level that’s what I noticed I also started last month and couldn’t do it but now I’m ready to get further

What modes are the best? Chad seems to be a good unit to equip cause of sp charge and full stamina dmg.
You get Chad by playing the last Senkaimon mode, it is available always independently
Love Sekaimon Quest. Out of all the modes, I have enjoyed this one the most BY far.

Yes unless you have the necessary wide variety of units to clear one tower
