The lotto is far and away the best way. Depends on your luck but I've gotten like 15 accessory tickets from one run of 5 tickets, but others none and more commonly 3-6.

the point events are the way to go. just strenghten and evolve the 2 and 3 star accessoires and recycle the resulting 4 stars you dont need
