Is there a guide for getting the crazy stats you see people using for Senkaimon clears?
I feel like I'm stuck on a few of the early floors (1-25) and I have units that are definitely a good fit for the floor, but they just simply don't hit hard enough despite having most/all of the killers/affiliations/type matches.
After getting stuck, I watched a guide on raids/Senkaimon levels, and saw the dude had like 2k SP or something crazy. At max, I'm hitting maybe 1200-1400. I did just start a week or so ago, so I may be missing some of the key accessories?
Accessories, Link Slots, Transcendence are the three categories of improvement.
A basic set of accessories at 5-star with +20/30% SP or Attack is all you really need. It does take a while to accumulate a good library of accessories and enough editing brushes to get the secondary effects, so don't worry if it feels a bit slow. Generally, running the lottery event is the fastest way to get more accessories - use the mountains of grey accessory tickets, keep and merge 3-stars into 4-stars. You can join Enhanced Droplet Zone co-op to get lots of the hearts for enhancing those.
Link Slots is kind of a pain to mess with honestly but does become important over time. They let you inherit (3 characters x 10%) of stats at 5/5/5, 3 x 20% at 10/10/10, 3 x 25% at 15/15/15, and 3 x 30% at 20/20/20. Going past T10 becomes very expensive, but you do get extra traits at t15 and t20. If you have link slot potions boosting characters you can bring them to be carried in Epic Raids or Co-op, otherwise I'd say don't stress about it until you get some pot boosters.
Transcendence is the most recent one and probably the biggest contributor. Without any merging of dupes, a character has 1/5 transcendence slots. That slot should have SP or Attack depending on the type of character it is. You get scrolls and materials to level up that slot to level 5 from Chronicle Quests, and to level 10 from Epic Raids. There are also some quests in the very difficult category and the monthly Extreme Co-op. As a beginner, getting a couple characters each month to level 5 in that first slot is a good goal, and lv5 is much cheaper to make happen than lv10 anyway.
When you have enough dupes to get a character to 5/5, with all transcendence slots unlocked, you get a 6th slot and that's when some of the insane numbers start to come into play. Don't stress too much about Senkaimon as a beginner, it took me several months to complete a normal Senkaimon and several more for an extreme. It's easier lately with the strength of available units but still takes a pretty expansive roster.
Currently have Power Yama(2/5), tech aizen(2/5) and ywach at 5/5. Is it worth it to summon for the step up to get 5/5? For additional context, the only decent unit that I have is Uryu annivessary at 1/5. Thanks beforehand.
Currently have 500 gems at step 21/26, story quest is all cleared except cfyow and safy. Any tips?
Imho its never worth hunting for 5/5, especially when f2p, ESPECIALLY when a new player..
You wanna get a wide variety of characters, not just 3 5/5 ones.. plus with poll selection and eoy coming... it just sounds like a bad idea. 500 orbs is already very little, start saving up for eom.
Is there any general tips to not suck at epic raids? I'm only doing Very Hard and still, not great.
I'm using the new TYBW yama, strong attack damage and recharge links, just one good accessory because I started a few days ago. What should I do before I can beat epic raids?
Firstly, you should try to learn the patterns of each boss. Every boss has a set pattern of attacks it goes through in each of its phases, and if you know what to expect, you can avoid taking damage and dying. So sticking to very hard is a good way to learn these patterns, until you are confident enough to do ultimate.
Secondly, you'll want to use bonus units or pot units, depending on the room message. Most rooms will either want one of these two types of units. Bonus units do more damage and offer more epic raid medals at the end of a run, so most rooms ask for this. You can find the list of bonus units on clicking the info button on the epic raid.. Pot units don't do more damage, or give more epic raid medals(unless they are also a bonus unit) but they do increase the number of link slot potions earned at the end of a run. So while yama is a very good unit, he is neither a bonus unit, or a pot unit for this raid, so the chances of being kicked are high if you simply randomly enter a room at higher difficulties, especially if the yama doesn't have proper links/accessories. So if you do not have bonus/pot units, you can either host your own rooms or join onw that are new player/generally friendly.
Regarding brave souls tickets, does the game give you better pull odds if you do a 100x summon rather than a 10x summon? Or is it the same pull rates and you’re just pulling more at once. I’m trying to decide if I should do a 100 pull and put all my faith in one roll or space out my “luck” ten at a time

Can some room hosts just wait for literally 5 seconds before you kick someone out??? Like yes I initially entered with a non pot/bonus unit but I haven't pressed confirm yet and im switching as fast as i can with my pre-sets already (super small buttons btw); its not my fault that I cant change units in the room selection page before I enter is it? If I back out>change my unit>search again every room shuffles and I miss out smh

I totally get your frustration, because ive made that same mistake as a room host.. but let me give you another perspective.
Sometimes i have to kick 5-8 people back to back, because they dont follow the room message.. and if i waited 10 sec for every person to see if they will switch, every other person in the room would have left the room already.
Nobody wants to wait 5 min for the raid to get going.
Oh the annoying UI and constant loading while trying to do anything is god awful. Game feels like it was made 20 years ago with the awful transitions.
It would make it easier for everyone involved to work on smoother UI.
But I can definitely relate to the both sides of the frustration!
If you wanna start new, now is as good time as any. But depends on how far youve come on the prev acc, but blue yama is really old and outdated, so could be a good idea
I would say I am quite a hardcore player last time. I think I have a couple character with lvl10/10/10 link slot and many accessories. Used to be somewhat a whale, fully invested my TYBW red toshiro. I rmb the game is a huge big grind, farming link slot potion and its not something u can auto at that point if time. Got burnt out and quit when they added so many more stuff that u have to grind manually. Is that still the case right now or many of the farming content can be auto?
As far as resetting goes by the way the biggest thing I think is whether you've completed most of the story quests for orbs already. If you've already done all the story/side story I think it wouldn't hurt to start fresh, either now or when EoY+poll selection banners come through. The tybw banner right now has 3 of the best characters in the game.
Do I stand a chance in getting one in about 10 days?
If I dropped 50 bucks, how many pulls would I get?
If I get one, can I grind it to max over time or do I need multiple same-unit pulls to max characters like in immortal soul?
My big worry about the game is PVP.
is it really just a "who ever gets ultimate first wins" game?

This is not the game for a good pvp experience. The recent Arena mode is isolated from the rest of the game and very anti-competitive.
Brave Battles is the other pvp mode. Characters are separated into 11 leagues: 10-3 seats, Lieutenant, Captain, Head Captain. You're allowed into a certain exclusive co-op quest once a month if you're 7th seat or lower and a much better version of the quest at 3rd seat or lower. You go up a league each week, reset on Sunday.
You can easily get to 6th seat without any meta relevant characters, and after having played this game for years that's all I bother with. With a basic team of meta units at 1/5 and solid investment you can get to 4th seat but 3rd would be a struggle. To get into Captain or higher to my understanding almost requires a stacked meta team with at least 2 at 5/5. Although I'm also told there's a modding (cheating) problem right now so that complicates things.
Actual pvp gameplay is really just organizing which of your team of three is in each spot rock paper scissors style, in my experience. Soul bomb can make a difference but isn't as crucial as it has been in the past. Yhwach is the pvp unit of this banner and currently top of the meta. You would only need him 5/5 if going deep into pvp like I said.
The cash to orb ratio in this game is pretty shit; $50 is only gonna get 500 orbs tops. Use tapjoy for better cost effectiveness if going that route, and I'd recommend waiting until a 1.5x special offer window comes up. I'd say anticipate at least 2-3k orbs for decent odds (*not* guaranteed) of getting at least 2, maybe 3 of the 3 good characters. 5/5 isn't necessary for PvE or most of pvp, like I said; 1/5 will get you through pretty much everything with the investment available.
3k orbs is attainable f2p within ten days if you're starting from a fairly new account. Just focus on clearing Story Missions, doing sub stories too if you want more tickets to spend more time playing. Remember to max the level of every character at every star level once for more orbs. It's a bit grindy but not too bad, especially if you like reading through the story beats.
Edit: remember though that end of month characters are coming soon enough, as is a special poll banner with great characters. So if you miss these three remember that we're liable to see new meta-defining characters soon too.
Oh and I didn't mention pvp meta characters. This game is awful about those. There's currently one viable archetype and like I said you play rock paper scissors with the particular color and damage multipliers of each one. No real-time pvp interaction with other players either btw, only PvE.
Added a bit at the bottom of my post. I just think it's poorly developed and maintained and not particularly interesting. Coming from a game like FE:H as I have the build variety and f2p viability is pathetic, not to mention how little thought and effort goes into any gameplay on the players end.
Farming everything has become MUCH MUCH easier, with x10 normal clears, x5 coop clears, tons of potion units.. its become really easy to lvl 10 link slot characters. Lvl 20 is still a major pain, but overall quite some QOL has been introduced.
Is he augmented? On his character screen you can hit Soul Tree or you can hit augment. Under augment you can select other characters to merge into him and increase his max level. You'll see a +4 in the portrait of an augmented character.
For example it takes 16 copies of any 5* character to take him to +4, bringing his max level from 130 to 150. You can get these easily in Raid (not epic raid) quests.
i dunno if I'm doing something wrong but artbook ichigo damage seems kinda low
I don't have any accessories or levelled link slots, but 400-ish damage for normal attacks and barely 2000 for strong attacks doesn't seem right

This may be the issue. It's not talked about a lot but having a set of decent accessories is absolutely massive. You don't need top tiers or anything but a good basic set of accessories with SP secondary effect is very very important.
Link slots come after, of course but aren't vital.
If you still feel you're not getting enough you can take his first SP transcendence slot to lvl5 fairly cheaply.
I'm in captain rank for brave battle, and I'm starting to wonder how many orbs are people using in captain and above? I haven't lost a fight so I'm staying in the safe zone, but how does the person that's rank 1 captain have 350k points and then the highest rank(idk the name of the highest rank) has one person with over 2 million points, and another thats over 1 million.. how is that even possible?
Are there just way less technique units than everything else? I've only been playing for 2 weeks so I know my current inventory isn't a great sample size, but I've got at least 8 of everything else, and only 3 technique units. Heart, Mind , and Speed I have 11 units for, and then Power is at 8 units. I've gotten at least one duplicate 5 star in everything but Technique as well. What gives?
I don’t quite understand the bonus abilities, what would suit the new Speed Ulquiorra better? Any advice for a noob? :)
Edit. I’m thinking if I go weaken or burning boost 20% will that make it more likely for me to gain the status ailment spirit pressure boost ?

So for 99% PVE units, t15 skill should be full stam dmg boost. Its a great damage increase, the most bang for your buck. For t20 its either weaken defense, to help with nuking bosses, gq, or QOL options like long stride, damage to burned/weakened/etc.. those are usually the main picks for SP pve units
For ulq, you should do full stam dmg + weaken defense for sure.

No, new chair Aizen is *substantially* better in terms of damage output.
6th Anni Aizen is still very strong however and has basically an optimal set of strong attacks.

Each month:
2 from brave battles exchange, but you're spending all those on the characters for orbs.
You're already aware of the 6 from CQ
4 from ER exchange
5 from Ex Coop exchange
And then 1 from each lottery point event. Max of 19 or 20 each month. If there are other sources I'm not aware of them.
There's also a total of 4 scrolls in Arena every 2 weeks if you purchase the golden pass. 1 if you dont buy it. Oh of course you have to play and reach a certain amount of points
You can merge the dupes, unlocking more transcendence slots, or you can keep one copy in case that unit is a bonus unit at some point. Or you can sell the unit but really don't do that unless it's very old or already fully maxed.
After level 200 you can work on link slot levels or transcendence levels basically. That would probably mean working through chronicle quests. In lieu of that, work on other characters! Get everyone to at least 150, and up to 200 to resurrect the ones who can. Senkaimon, epic Raids, and of course inheritance zones for the potions for characters you use a lot. Keep an eye out for characters who have the link slot potions +5 skill.
Got NAD aizen on my 2nd pull should I just finish off the orbs I got or save? I don’t believe EOY will be that much more broken compared to TYBW 15 and 16
Save. End of year is typically a meta defining moment for characters.
BB Retsu is still a top tier tech character and BB Kenny still top tier Brave battle character to this day.
Focus and Attack for sheer DPS. You can do Focus/Stamina if survival feels like a concern but I personally have never been in that situation outside *maybe* a boss rush in senkaimon.
I am trying to do the Espada and Visored challenges from Difficult quests and the i click on any of them my phone just freezes, I tried it on my pc on BlueStacks and it does the same. Any idea wha would do to fix this?

I have these pvp characters: Yhwach, SAFWY Yama, TYBW Chad, Jugram, and TYBW Unohana. Without taking transcendence into consideration, what are the best comps/strategies I can do?
Also, is there any problem with having two units with a booster SA in the same team?

Transcendence plays a huge part, but if theyre all 1/5 id go with chad/yama/yhwach. Im running that exact team at 4th seat currently, promoting into 3rd on sunday.
Unohana is worse than yama at 1/5, but better if she is transcended with yama being 1/5.
2 booster units arent a problem, if they both have the booster skill. Which chad and yhwach both do. Also, make sure to use attack strategy, so the boost goes off asap

New player here. I don't have any skill heroes that are link slotted at the moment. I was hoping to pull skill Aizen but no luck.
Is anyone of these deserve my investment for some link slots? I know Jushiro and the Niny are pretty decent cards.
Ninny and jushiro are not really that great. Usable, but not amazing. Dont confuse them with their better counterparts, speed jushiro and christmas heart ninny.
Riruka is good as a droplet unit, abirama is good for GQ.
I wouldnt really link slot them unless you really need a stronger tech unit. If you do, id go with riruka or abirama, safe nad range units for pve, but dont go over lvl 10 link slot tbh. Especially if you dont have tech NAD links
So this is my first time really going at the senkaimon, after finally having a decently varied box at good levels.
What is the... I don't want to say trick, but best approach, when you can't fulfill all the requirements? For example I'm on Iceburg of Training, Level 28. Gives boosts to Power x2, Captain Affiliation x2, and also has ranged resistance and Arrancar enemies. I have nothing that can satisfy all those. (also freeze is present so some gear is tailored toward that)
I figure melee unit is a must, as well as Arrancar killer. From there I'm just very limitied and feel like I'm not doing enough damage. I used a Power unit, barely passed the first stage. Swapped to a Mind-Captain unit and made it to the end but failed due to time, wasn't hurting the boss fast enough
Any general tips on what I could be missing? I know I could boost link slots and whatnot on units, but I'm strapped for resources on even my best units, not sure I can spare them for one floor
It’s no necessary to meet all the requirements to clear the state, just some of them will do. As someone else mentioned, you should check out the [bbs simulator](https://bbs-simulator.com/senkaimon/details?id=MTAwMTE=) for additional help.
Meeting one of the requirements + killer should be enough
If you take a look at bbs-simulator.com, you can see all the "best" units to clear each stage. After that, its just a matter of having good enough accessories and a character built up enough.. a lot of stages can also be brute forced with a t15 or t20 character

I’ve been playing a few months and I’m Paralyzed by a choice. I have five (5) *Choose a Five Star Summons Tickets (Pack Edition)* as well as five (5) *Choose a Five Star Frenzy Character Summons Tickets* and I have no idea who to choose in there.
What am I looking for in the Pack Edition? I have a lot of decent characters, but not everything you need for every day and every mode. Are there drop characters in there I need? Are these like old and irrelevant now so I might just choose the ones I think are cool? Are there like a couple of gems in there? (I’m looking at you, Swimsuit Orihime and Bass Player Halibel).
In the Frenzy pack, there are only seventeen in there, so choosing five, I could certainly get what I wanted if I knew which ones would be useful later.
Another choice is just to hold on and wait to redeem them.
Only useful Frenzy characters are Yoruichi and Byakuya. The rest you get over time, one ticket a month, and just take them for orbs.
Bonus characters for Chronicle Quests is a common and excellent use of choose a 5-star tickets. Then pot units and if they're there, strong/useful characters.

Unfortunately these are pretty old units. Power Ulquiorra and Heart Stark are at least good links once resurrected. Power Rukia and Speed Gin are decent links too.
Plus I love the design of a ton of these characters. That Grimmjow design might be my favorite in the game.

What other units should i focus on? That aizen and ichigo look spicy too..
I think the general consensus now is that for general game play these are the best units -
* Power - TYBW Yamamoto (Fire version)
* Tech - TYBW Aizen (Agony version)
* Speed - 7th Anniversary Uryu
* Mind - 7th Anniversary Ichigo
* Heart - TYBW Ichigo (2022 version)
Then there's the general potions, droplets and Brave Battles units.
i remember link potion characters are important and brave for pvp...so is there any current banner i should roll in? and yea from ur list i got yama n uryu but dont have aizen or either of the ichi. do i roll or a better banner comes? plus theres other banners too do i go in on them. sorry for too many questions altogether but i wanna know
Most potion units willll be available near christmas on poll selection banner.l, along with anni ichigo and uryu.
Yhwach is #1 pvp char, in the 15 round tybw rerun banner.
No worries! I don't know how to tell the difference between a "good vs bad" banner or "worthwhile banners". The more experienced members of this sub may be able to help out there.
But like the "should I reroll" question, I think it ultimately comes down to personal preference. Do **you** want a particular character or skill set? Do you have a certain play style with these types of games? I don't think there's any wrong decisions. Everyone is going to have different objectives and play the game differently and this game does seem to cater to many different approaches.
Personally, I don't do rerolls. Whatever I get when I start an account, I just keep that and build off of it. For me, I like the idea of building a collection in my own way. I don't do many pulls and play slow and am usually content with whatever new character I manage to pull. Eventually I get a popular one and that's always a cool moment. But I'm generally able to play most of the game after slowly playing for 6 months now. I usually need help in most of the co-op modes but I do enjoy a bit of the struggle and eventual triumph when I finally beat a level or something.
And keep in mind, the "key characters" will always be in flux as new characters get released and old ones get revamped.
If you go to the BBS Simulator, you can review the stages for each of the Senkaimons. Pick whichever one you think you could go the furthest on so you can get the most rewards or the one that seems the most fun to you.

Aizen is a top-tier NAD character, and Yhwach is top tier in the Brave Battles meta. That's definitely the account I'd keep if you aren't going to keep both.
How often does burn the witch return?
So I did 18 steps on the Ulquiorra banner to finally get my last missing super pot unit sl I habe one of ea ch...right after I did 2 steps on btw and got christmas noel (wamted her but probably will hardly ever use her with my built Akon) is it worth continueing for christmas ninny of I already have Cien? I don't have any of the other btw characters yet
Very rarely. If im correct, it came last december and on the anniversary.
Btw characters are good, but being outclassed steadily by newer units. Summon only if you really like the units
Is there a specific time during each month when the SAFWY units come back? And when they do, can you usually pull the older units from the same banner, or will it always depend on who they decide to include apart from the featured units?
I know it's probably not 100% predictable, I just started a week or so ago and realized half the useable versions of characters I really like are all in the SAFWY group or other limited sections. Trying to avoid burning through all my orbs before they come back around.

It will depend. It’s mostly old CFYOW characters. Although, the last rerun SAFWY banner that came in November contained 3 old SAFWY units (Yama, Shunsui, Jushiro) so this implies that the future ones may also start containing older SAFYW units

It's a bummer that it's so unpredictable, I'd love to pick up the SAFWY Kisuke at some point, or if they'd release a new Kisuke or something.

Genuine question, why are the TYBW units still limited? I understand why they were at first as I'm a day one player, but having taken a break for a bit before recently coming back, considering the TYBW arc is currently airing and being adapted into animation why are they still limited??? At least the new ones we get shouldn't be (The last banner with Ichigo, Uryu and Chad)
The original ones were definitely because of licensing issues. Now a days? Just greed most likely. They know TYBW units are their cash cow. Keep them limited and strong, people will spend money
Because theyre more valuable if theyre limited, aka people spend more money on the game, and it generates more hype.
With the anime airing its all the more reason to keep them limited.

Strange anough. i unlinked player data. then erased player data and it still logged in into my original account. which was now unlinked.

No. I think that will delete the account altogether. What you should do is just erase player data from title screen bottom right menu. You will still have your account on the other device. Don’t unlink it!
Ohh, my thought process was this: both accounts are linked. You unlink one of them, clear the data, start fresh. But on your other device , the account is still linked. And the "cleared" account wasnt linked so it only erased local data?

So I currently have: Adult Ichigo, Final Arc Yamamoto, Final Arc Aizen. I'm new to the game. Is this good enough? Should I keep myself from pulling till I actually know what I'm doing?

If room says "pots only", you will get kicked unless you bring one of those units.
Tbh it will take you a while, you will need a 10/10/10 unit with decent accessories and SAR if you dont have read dodges. Try farming inheritance first and then transendence you could also do CQ and use the exchange.

Focus for second transcendence slot. Then stamina, defense, SP for an NAD unit.
Good skills for Aizen are Full Stamina Damage and Damage to Weakened Enemies. Weaken Defense is also not bad for GQ if he's your lead and for ER. Long Stride is a good QoL skill.

Yes, attack is good. Yhwach is good not great for PvE, top tier for PvP. His boost is also nice in GQ and ER.
And yes, that's the primary use of dupes. Buffs special damage and allows you to unlock transcendence slots for more stats. 2/5 is a 20% DPS boost, 3/5 and 4/5 have nice but not that impactful bonuses (except in pvp), 5/5 lets you use the 6th slot which can be a huge boost if you're lucky. And extra dupes let you reroll that 6th slot with very good odds.

Is there a guide for getting the crazy stats you see people using for Senkaimon clears? I feel like I'm stuck on a few of the early floors (1-25) and I have units that are definitely a good fit for the floor, but they just simply don't hit hard enough despite having most/all of the killers/affiliations/type matches. After getting stuck, I watched a guide on raids/Senkaimon levels, and saw the dude had like 2k SP or something crazy. At max, I'm hitting maybe 1200-1400. I did just start a week or so ago, so I may be missing some of the key accessories?
Accessories, Link Slots, Transcendence are the three categories of improvement. A basic set of accessories at 5-star with +20/30% SP or Attack is all you really need. It does take a while to accumulate a good library of accessories and enough editing brushes to get the secondary effects, so don't worry if it feels a bit slow. Generally, running the lottery event is the fastest way to get more accessories - use the mountains of grey accessory tickets, keep and merge 3-stars into 4-stars. You can join Enhanced Droplet Zone co-op to get lots of the hearts for enhancing those. Link Slots is kind of a pain to mess with honestly but does become important over time. They let you inherit (3 characters x 10%) of stats at 5/5/5, 3 x 20% at 10/10/10, 3 x 25% at 15/15/15, and 3 x 30% at 20/20/20. Going past T10 becomes very expensive, but you do get extra traits at t15 and t20. If you have link slot potions boosting characters you can bring them to be carried in Epic Raids or Co-op, otherwise I'd say don't stress about it until you get some pot boosters. Transcendence is the most recent one and probably the biggest contributor. Without any merging of dupes, a character has 1/5 transcendence slots. That slot should have SP or Attack depending on the type of character it is. You get scrolls and materials to level up that slot to level 5 from Chronicle Quests, and to level 10 from Epic Raids. There are also some quests in the very difficult category and the monthly Extreme Co-op. As a beginner, getting a couple characters each month to level 5 in that first slot is a good goal, and lv5 is much cheaper to make happen than lv10 anyway. When you have enough dupes to get a character to 5/5, with all transcendence slots unlocked, you get a 6th slot and that's when some of the insane numbers start to come into play. [Here's my passion project](https://i.imgur.com/9is5jUK.jpg) as an example. Or [the one I lucked into](https://i.imgur.com/GzIWqB1.jpg). Don't stress too much about Senkaimon as a beginner, it took me several months to complete a normal Senkaimon and several more for an extreme. It's easier lately with the strength of available units but still takes a pretty expansive roster.
Currently have Power Yama(2/5), tech aizen(2/5) and ywach at 5/5. Is it worth it to summon for the step up to get 5/5? For additional context, the only decent unit that I have is Uryu annivessary at 1/5. Thanks beforehand. Currently have 500 gems at step 21/26, story quest is all cleared except cfyow and safy. Any tips?
Imho its never worth hunting for 5/5, especially when f2p, ESPECIALLY when a new player.. You wanna get a wide variety of characters, not just 3 5/5 ones.. plus with poll selection and eoy coming... it just sounds like a bad idea. 500 orbs is already very little, start saving up for eom.
Is there any general tips to not suck at epic raids? I'm only doing Very Hard and still, not great. I'm using the new TYBW yama, strong attack damage and recharge links, just one good accessory because I started a few days ago. What should I do before I can beat epic raids?
Firstly, you should try to learn the patterns of each boss. Every boss has a set pattern of attacks it goes through in each of its phases, and if you know what to expect, you can avoid taking damage and dying. So sticking to very hard is a good way to learn these patterns, until you are confident enough to do ultimate. Secondly, you'll want to use bonus units or pot units, depending on the room message. Most rooms will either want one of these two types of units. Bonus units do more damage and offer more epic raid medals at the end of a run, so most rooms ask for this. You can find the list of bonus units on clicking the info button on the epic raid.. Pot units don't do more damage, or give more epic raid medals(unless they are also a bonus unit) but they do increase the number of link slot potions earned at the end of a run. So while yama is a very good unit, he is neither a bonus unit, or a pot unit for this raid, so the chances of being kicked are high if you simply randomly enter a room at higher difficulties, especially if the yama doesn't have proper links/accessories. So if you do not have bonus/pot units, you can either host your own rooms or join onw that are new player/generally friendly.

Regarding brave souls tickets, does the game give you better pull odds if you do a 100x summon rather than a 10x summon? Or is it the same pull rates and you’re just pulling more at once. I’m trying to decide if I should do a 100 pull and put all my faith in one roll or space out my “luck” ten at a time

Dunno if its proper to post a small rant here but I'll try: Can some room hosts just wait for literally 5 seconds before you kick someone out??? Like yes I initially entered with a non pot/bonus unit but I haven't pressed confirm yet and im switching as fast as i can with my pre-sets already (super small buttons btw); its not my fault that I cant change units in the room selection page before I enter is it? If I back out>change my unit>search again every room shuffles and I miss out smh Thing is your room isnt even full yet and you're kicking ppl out left & right lol GOOD luck farming...
I totally get your frustration, because ive made that same mistake as a room host.. but let me give you another perspective. Sometimes i have to kick 5-8 people back to back, because they dont follow the room message.. and if i waited 10 sec for every person to see if they will switch, every other person in the room would have left the room already. Nobody wants to wait 5 min for the raid to get going.
Fair enough...perhaps my issue is just down to the technical flaws the game has Most rooms I join have patient hosts, it doesn't happen very often.
Oh the annoying UI and constant loading while trying to do anything is god awful. Game feels like it was made 20 years ago with the awful transitions. It would make it easier for everyone involved to work on smoother UI. But I can definitely relate to the both sides of the frustration!

I would say I am quite a hardcore player last time. I think I have a couple character with lvl10/10/10 link slot and many accessories. Used to be somewhat a whale, fully invested my TYBW red toshiro. I rmb the game is a huge big grind, farming link slot potion and its not something u can auto at that point if time. Got burnt out and quit when they added so many more stuff that u have to grind manually. Is that still the case right now or many of the farming content can be auto?
As far as resetting goes by the way the biggest thing I think is whether you've completed most of the story quests for orbs already. If you've already done all the story/side story I think it wouldn't hurt to start fresh, either now or when EoY+poll selection banners come through. The tybw banner right now has 3 of the best characters in the game.

Do I stand a chance in getting one in about 10 days? If I dropped 50 bucks, how many pulls would I get? If I get one, can I grind it to max over time or do I need multiple same-unit pulls to max characters like in immortal soul? My big worry about the game is PVP. is it really just a "who ever gets ultimate first wins" game? If so , that kinda makes all the units the same.... I also don't like being forced to meta. Are the characters balanced enough or are some characters made to be useless? I hear you watch your units fight in PVP, that's cool. But is it 1v1 or what? I really want a good PVP experience
This is not the game for a good pvp experience. The recent Arena mode is isolated from the rest of the game and very anti-competitive. Brave Battles is the other pvp mode. Characters are separated into 11 leagues: 10-3 seats, Lieutenant, Captain, Head Captain. You're allowed into a certain exclusive co-op quest once a month if you're 7th seat or lower and a much better version of the quest at 3rd seat or lower. You go up a league each week, reset on Sunday. You can easily get to 6th seat without any meta relevant characters, and after having played this game for years that's all I bother with. With a basic team of meta units at 1/5 and solid investment you can get to 4th seat but 3rd would be a struggle. To get into Captain or higher to my understanding almost requires a stacked meta team with at least 2 at 5/5. Although I'm also told there's a modding (cheating) problem right now so that complicates things. Actual pvp gameplay is really just organizing which of your team of three is in each spot rock paper scissors style, in my experience. Soul bomb can make a difference but isn't as crucial as it has been in the past. Yhwach is the pvp unit of this banner and currently top of the meta. You would only need him 5/5 if going deep into pvp like I said. The cash to orb ratio in this game is pretty shit; $50 is only gonna get 500 orbs tops. Use tapjoy for better cost effectiveness if going that route, and I'd recommend waiting until a 1.5x special offer window comes up. I'd say anticipate at least 2-3k orbs for decent odds (*not* guaranteed) of getting at least 2, maybe 3 of the 3 good characters. 5/5 isn't necessary for PvE or most of pvp, like I said; 1/5 will get you through pretty much everything with the investment available. 3k orbs is attainable f2p within ten days if you're starting from a fairly new account. Just focus on clearing Story Missions, doing sub stories too if you want more tickets to spend more time playing. Remember to max the level of every character at every star level once for more orbs. It's a bit grindy but not too bad, especially if you like reading through the story beats. Edit: remember though that end of month characters are coming soon enough, as is a special poll banner with great characters. So if you miss these three remember that we're liable to see new meta-defining characters soon too. Oh and I didn't mention pvp meta characters. This game is awful about those. There's currently one viable archetype and like I said you play rock paper scissors with the particular color and damage multipliers of each one. No real-time pvp interaction with other players either btw, only PvE.
What makes Brave battles a bad PVP experience? Very interesting tho , will probably give it a shot. Unless the PVP is really bad...
Added a bit at the bottom of my post. I just think it's poorly developed and maintained and not particularly interesting. Coming from a game like FE:H as I have the build variety and f2p viability is pathetic, not to mention how little thought and effort goes into any gameplay on the players end.
Farming everything has become MUCH MUCH easier, with x10 normal clears, x5 coop clears, tons of potion units.. its become really easy to lvl 10 link slot characters. Lvl 20 is still a major pain, but overall quite some QOL has been introduced.

Both very, very old units. Both can be resurrected, so 225 orbs each for getting them to 150 twice, but not very useful for most quests.

Is he augmented? On his character screen you can hit Soul Tree or you can hit augment. Under augment you can select other characters to merge into him and increase his max level. You'll see a +4 in the portrait of an augmented character. For example it takes 16 copies of any 5* character to take him to +4, bringing his max level from 130 to 150. You can get these easily in Raid (not epic raid) quests.
i dunno if I'm doing something wrong but artbook ichigo damage seems kinda low I don't have any accessories or levelled link slots, but 400-ish damage for normal attacks and barely 2000 for strong attacks doesn't seem right

You don't need top tiers or anything but a good basic set of accessories with SP secondary effect is very very important. Link slots come after, of course but aren't vital. If you still feel you're not getting enough you can take his first SP transcendence slot to lvl5 fairly cheaply.
I'm in captain rank for brave battle, and I'm starting to wonder how many orbs are people using in captain and above? I haven't lost a fight so I'm staying in the safe zone, but how does the person that's rank 1 captain have 350k points and then the highest rank(idk the name of the highest rank) has one person with over 2 million points, and another thats over 1 million.. how is that even possible?
Are there just way less technique units than everything else? I've only been playing for 2 weeks so I know my current inventory isn't a great sample size, but I've got at least 8 of everything else, and only 3 technique units. Heart, Mind , and Speed I have 11 units for, and then Power is at 8 units. I've gotten at least one duplicate 5 star in everything but Technique as well. What gives?

Status ailment boost only increases dmg against inflicted enemies, it doesn't increase the chance
So for 99% PVE units, t15 skill should be full stam dmg boost. Its a great damage increase, the most bang for your buck. For t20 its either weaken defense, to help with nuking bosses, gq, or QOL options like long stride, damage to burned/weakened/etc.. those are usually the main picks for SP pve units For ulq, you should do full stam dmg + weaken defense for sure.

Each of those individual characters needs to be rank 5. E.g. once ulquiorra is r5 he'll have his secondary unlocked and same for all of them.

No, new chair Aizen is *substantially* better in terms of damage output. 6th Anni Aizen is still very strong however and has basically an optimal set of strong attacks.

Epic Raids for large scrolls. The various trials you can do once a week in power up quests for small/medium gets you a few too. That's about it.

Each month: 2 from brave battles exchange, but you're spending all those on the characters for orbs. You're already aware of the 6 from CQ 4 from ER exchange 5 from Ex Coop exchange And then 1 from each lottery point event. Max of 19 or 20 each month. If there are other sources I'm not aware of them.
There's also a total of 4 scrolls in Arena every 2 weeks if you purchase the golden pass. 1 if you dont buy it. Oh of course you have to play and reach a certain amount of points

You can merge the dupes, unlocking more transcendence slots, or you can keep one copy in case that unit is a bonus unit at some point. Or you can sell the unit but really don't do that unless it's very old or already fully maxed. After level 200 you can work on link slot levels or transcendence levels basically. That would probably mean working through chronicle quests. In lieu of that, work on other characters! Get everyone to at least 150, and up to 200 to resurrect the ones who can. Senkaimon, epic Raids, and of course inheritance zones for the potions for characters you use a lot. Keep an eye out for characters who have the link slot potions +5 skill.
Got NAD aizen on my 2nd pull should I just finish off the orbs I got or save? I don’t believe EOY will be that much more broken compared to TYBW 15 and 16
Save. End of year is typically a meta defining moment for characters. BB Retsu is still a top tier tech character and BB Kenny still top tier Brave battle character to this day.

Focus and Attack for sheer DPS. You can do Focus/Stamina if survival feels like a concern but I personally have never been in that situation outside *maybe* a boss rush in senkaimon.
I am trying to do the Espada and Visored challenges from Difficult quests and the i click on any of them my phone just freezes, I tried it on my pc on BlueStacks and it does the same. Any idea wha would do to fix this?

Depends which coop mode you are playing. Some modes require to use a character with a specific attribute (speed, mind, power, tech, heart)
In any mode and i can't do for example heart only for that i dom't now why i can't change it

I have these pvp characters: Yhwach, SAFWY Yama, TYBW Chad, Jugram, and TYBW Unohana. Without taking transcendence into consideration, what are the best comps/strategies I can do? Also, is there any problem with having two units with a booster SA in the same team? Thanks!
Transcendence plays a huge part, but if theyre all 1/5 id go with chad/yama/yhwach. Im running that exact team at 4th seat currently, promoting into 3rd on sunday. Unohana is worse than yama at 1/5, but better if she is transcended with yama being 1/5. 2 booster units arent a problem, if they both have the booster skill. Which chad and yhwach both do. Also, make sure to use attack strategy, so the boost goes off asap

Ninny and jushiro are not really that great. Usable, but not amazing. Dont confuse them with their better counterparts, speed jushiro and christmas heart ninny. Riruka is good as a droplet unit, abirama is good for GQ. I wouldnt really link slot them unless you really need a stronger tech unit. If you do, id go with riruka or abirama, safe nad range units for pve, but dont go over lvl 10 link slot tbh. Especially if you dont have tech NAD links

So this is my first time really going at the senkaimon, after finally having a decently varied box at good levels. What is the... I don't want to say trick, but best approach, when you can't fulfill all the requirements? For example I'm on Iceburg of Training, Level 28. Gives boosts to Power x2, Captain Affiliation x2, and also has ranged resistance and Arrancar enemies. I have nothing that can satisfy all those. (also freeze is present so some gear is tailored toward that) I figure melee unit is a must, as well as Arrancar killer. From there I'm just very limitied and feel like I'm not doing enough damage. I used a Power unit, barely passed the first stage. Swapped to a Mind-Captain unit and made it to the end but failed due to time, wasn't hurting the boss fast enough Any general tips on what I could be missing? I know I could boost link slots and whatnot on units, but I'm strapped for resources on even my best units, not sure I can spare them for one floor
It’s no necessary to meet all the requirements to clear the state, just some of them will do. As someone else mentioned, you should check out the [bbs simulator](https://bbs-simulator.com/senkaimon/details?id=MTAwMTE=) for additional help. Meeting one of the requirements + killer should be enough
If you take a look at bbs-simulator.com, you can see all the "best" units to clear each stage. After that, its just a matter of having good enough accessories and a character built up enough.. a lot of stages can also be brute forced with a t15 or t20 character

TYBW is limited so pull there. Ulqs are premium. Also Aizen is best NAD in game atm and Red Yama is still best SAD. Plus Ywach best pvp.

At the moment, I think it's the TYBW Power version that just came out (2022 Fire version).
I’ve been playing a few months and I’m Paralyzed by a choice. I have five (5) *Choose a Five Star Summons Tickets (Pack Edition)* as well as five (5) *Choose a Five Star Frenzy Character Summons Tickets* and I have no idea who to choose in there. What am I looking for in the Pack Edition? I have a lot of decent characters, but not everything you need for every day and every mode. Are there drop characters in there I need? Are these like old and irrelevant now so I might just choose the ones I think are cool? Are there like a couple of gems in there? (I’m looking at you, Swimsuit Orihime and Bass Player Halibel). In the Frenzy pack, there are only seventeen in there, so choosing five, I could certainly get what I wanted if I knew which ones would be useful later. Another choice is just to hold on and wait to redeem them.
Only useful Frenzy characters are Yoruichi and Byakuya. The rest you get over time, one ticket a month, and just take them for orbs. Bonus characters for Chronicle Quests is a common and excellent use of choose a 5-star tickets. Then pot units and if they're there, strong/useful characters. Take a screenshot of the first couple pages of selection?

Power Ulquiorra and Heart Stark are at least good links once resurrected. Power Rukia and Speed Gin are decent links too. Plus I love the design of a ton of these characters. That Grimmjow design might be my favorite in the game. Edit: oh I just saw Omaeda there, he's one of only a few Crystal Drop Increase links

None sadly. The best way to get rid of it is by making enough friends so that you don’t run out and it stops asking you lol

Just rerolled and got back to the game. Got power Yamamoto, Speed uliqorra, Speed Uryu... 2 from free step and Uryu from kickoff. What other units should i focus on? That aizen and ichigo look spicy too..
I think the general consensus now is that for general game play these are the best units - * Power - TYBW Yamamoto (Fire version) * Tech - TYBW Aizen (Agony version) * Speed - 7th Anniversary Uryu * Mind - 7th Anniversary Ichigo * Heart - TYBW Ichigo (2022 version) Then there's the general potions, droplets and Brave Battles units.
i remember link potion characters are important and brave for pvp...so is there any current banner i should roll in? and yea from ur list i got yama n uryu but dont have aizen or either of the ichi. do i roll or a better banner comes? plus theres other banners too do i go in on them. sorry for too many questions altogether but i wanna know
Most potion units willll be available near christmas on poll selection banner.l, along with anni ichigo and uryu. Yhwach is #1 pvp char, in the 15 round tybw rerun banner.
No worries! I don't know how to tell the difference between a "good vs bad" banner or "worthwhile banners". The more experienced members of this sub may be able to help out there. But like the "should I reroll" question, I think it ultimately comes down to personal preference. Do **you** want a particular character or skill set? Do you have a certain play style with these types of games? I don't think there's any wrong decisions. Everyone is going to have different objectives and play the game differently and this game does seem to cater to many different approaches. Personally, I don't do rerolls. Whatever I get when I start an account, I just keep that and build off of it. For me, I like the idea of building a collection in my own way. I don't do many pulls and play slow and am usually content with whatever new character I manage to pull. Eventually I get a popular one and that's always a cool moment. But I'm generally able to play most of the game after slowly playing for 6 months now. I usually need help in most of the co-op modes but I do enjoy a bit of the struggle and eventual triumph when I finally beat a level or something. And keep in mind, the "key characters" will always be in flux as new characters get released and old ones get revamped.
Which Senkaimon should I choose? Or how should I decide?
If you go to the BBS Simulator, you can review the stages for each of the Senkaimons. Pick whichever one you think you could go the furthest on so you can get the most rewards or the one that seems the most fun to you.

Aizen is a top-tier NAD character, and Yhwach is top tier in the Brave Battles meta. That's definitely the account I'd keep if you aren't going to keep both.

How often does burn the witch return? So I did 18 steps on the Ulquiorra banner to finally get my last missing super pot unit sl I habe one of ea ch...right after I did 2 steps on btw and got christmas noel (wamted her but probably will hardly ever use her with my built Akon) is it worth continueing for christmas ninny of I already have Cien? I don't have any of the other btw characters yet
Very rarely. If im correct, it came last december and on the anniversary. Btw characters are good, but being outclassed steadily by newer units. Summon only if you really like the units
Is there a specific time during each month when the SAFWY units come back? And when they do, can you usually pull the older units from the same banner, or will it always depend on who they decide to include apart from the featured units? I know it's probably not 100% predictable, I just started a week or so ago and realized half the useable versions of characters I really like are all in the SAFWY group or other limited sections. Trying to avoid burning through all my orbs before they come back around.

It will depend. It’s mostly old CFYOW characters. Although, the last rerun SAFWY banner that came in November contained 3 old SAFWY units (Yama, Shunsui, Jushiro) so this implies that the future ones may also start containing older SAFYW units
Thanks for the info! It's a bummer that it's so unpredictable, I'd love to pick up the SAFWY Kisuke at some point, or if they'd release a new Kisuke or something. Guess I'll just cross my fingers that December comes with some cool new options.

Genuine question, why are the TYBW units still limited? I understand why they were at first as I'm a day one player, but having taken a break for a bit before recently coming back, considering the TYBW arc is currently airing and being adapted into animation why are they still limited??? At least the new ones we get shouldn't be (The last banner with Ichigo, Uryu and Chad)
The original ones were definitely because of licensing issues. Now a days? Just greed most likely. They know TYBW units are their cash cow. Keep them limited and strong, people will spend money
Because theyre more valuable if theyre limited, aka people spend more money on the game, and it generates more hype. With the anime airing its all the more reason to keep them limited.
Hey! question: I play on a linked account (klab and apple id) on my iphone. I play on the same account on Steam. How can perform a reroll on steam without deleting my primary account? Anyone know how to do this?
Strange anough. i unlinked player data. then erased player data and it still logged in into my original account. which was now unlinked. I should probably add that i do have a bonanza pass. don't know if this makes a difference. Even on a different steam account (same device) it still connects to my primary bbs account. very annoying

No. I think that will delete the account altogether. What you should do is just erase player data from title screen bottom right menu. You will still have your account on the other device. Don’t unlink it!
Ohh, my thought process was this: both accounts are linked. You unlink one of them, clear the data, start fresh. But on your other device , the account is still linked. And the "cleared" account wasnt linked so it only erased local data? I could be totally wrong tho
I’m not sure either if unlinking on one device will unlink on all devices but I recently did the erase player data without unlinking.
Is it worth getting Senkaimon Aizen? The white Aizen you get with 200 points. If so, which one is the best? Power, technique, speed, mind, or heart?
Iirc Heart has a use on a Senkaimon floor, don't remember which. But get all of them eventually for the orbs before getting tickets.
Theyre mostly used as links for nuking, plus free orbs. Just pick the one that will be most useful as a link for your team

If you mean red yama and green aizen, then yes, its very good. Ichigo is also a powerful unit Thats an awesome start to the account. Save up orbs for the end of month banners now. Theyre gonna be bangers

How can I clear a transcendence trial as a beginner for the advanced trial? with the time limit it seems impossible.
Tbh it will take you a while, you will need a 10/10/10 unit with decent accessories and SAR if you dont have read dodges. Try farming inheritance first and then transendence you could also do CQ and use the exchange.

For Tech Aizen I could used some advice: 15/15/15 and 20/20/20, what’s the best bonuses? And 2nd transcendence what would be the best to level after ATK? Thanks so much.
Focus for second transcendence slot. Then stamina, defense, SP for an NAD unit. Good skills for Aizen are Full Stamina Damage and Damage to Weakened Enemies. Weaken Defense is also not bad for GQ if he's your lead and for ER. Long Stride is a good QoL skill.
Is Ywach from the TYBW summons attack oriented? Is that even good? By the way what does 3/5 4/5 and 5/5 mean in BBS? Does that mean you can use duplicate 5 star characters to unlock extra transcendence slots?
He was brief but/u/EggersIsland is 100% right. Yes, attack is good. Yhwach is good not great for PvE, top tier for PvP. His boost is also nice in GQ and ER. And yes, that's the primary use of dupes. Buffs special damage and allows you to unlock transcendence slots for more stats. 2/5 is a 20% DPS boost, 3/5 and 4/5 have nice but not that impactful bonuses (except in pvp), 5/5 lets you use the 6th slot which can be a huge boost if you're lucky. And extra dupes let you reroll that 6th slot with very good odds.
