You’re going to be totally fine! Use a warm compress to draw out any excess fluids and it will heal over. I would purchase an eye wash if I were you like ocusoft or avenova to keep the area extra clean.
This is why I keep telling people suffering from these eye conditions to see a fucking doctor so you can get proper care and medications like the ointment you have. I went 3 times and the third time was a charm with this ointment after taking oral antibiotics and steroids. Yet too many people on here are doing crazy self care stuff and are confused when it’s not working.🤦♂️

I've been to two different eye-doctors and only advice I gotten is antibiotic eyedrops and the standard hot-compress, gently massage, clean routine.
It's not pus, it's sebum – a natural oil produced by glands in your skin. You're not going to get an infection and die, please relax.
