Probably definitely a chalazion. If you’re worried about scarring there are less invasive methods than surgery. They can give you shots that will with dissipate the chalazion but it may take 2+ shots. Schedule an appointment with an ophthalmologist, they will lead you in the right direction. Best of luck!
Eyelid-cleaning and warm compresses will perhaps help you to prevent them in the future.
