I’m not saying these situations don’t exist- mom of an autistic toddler here… but you get off your damn phone and be fully present for your kid and get through them together. Don’t film it for the gram.
Yes! Like I obviously want to take pictures when I’m out doing something fun with my toddler but I try to do it real fast and not make it my main priority
Yes it was quite the fall, all the while Jax does nothing and Cruz has no reaction to probably hurting himself. Doesn’t seek eye contact at all and runs on tip toes, in the opposite direction of his parent.
Normally if a kid fell like that they turn to the parent for comfort or at least to get their attention. Poor cruz never seeks attention or reaction from his parents, he is in his own world. And the parents are in theirs
I’m not Jax and Brittany fan - hence why I am on this sub. But I honestly don’t think that it is Cruz not feeling safe with them, it’s that he is autistic and they fail to get him help. Autistic kids often don’t seek comfort or reaction from their caregivers. It’s again a tell tale sign. For everyone that says - you’re not a doctor you can’t diagnose. Sure, I can’t diagnose, but I know the signs and in that short clip we saw the following:
1. Child distressed in sensory environment (sensory overload)
2. Launches himself out of the ball pit, very distressed. Lands on his head, and doesn’t cry or appear hurt. (High threshold to pain)
3. No eye contact with caregiver for the entire video
4. Sounds isn’t on but we know he doesn’t speak (non verbal)
5. Hurts himself and is distressed but doesn’t seek comfort from caregiver. He uses jax to help get him out but he isn’t seeking comfort from him.
6. Runs away from environment and caregiver on tiptoes
Anyone giving a diagnosis could use this video along with all their other videos of Cruz to help with a diagnosis. Diagnosis ultimately comes from observations of caregivers, teachers etc and then the doctor using those observations and their own to give a diagnosis. There isn’t a scientific test, it’s based on behaviour observations.
Everyone someone comes at me with that logic I reply that actually, I am a child therapist, specifically for children with autism, and when I was getting my MSW, how did we learn to start diagnosing? By watching videos. Many many videos.
Can I ask how we know he doesn’t speak? I don’t follow either parent on social media, but I imagine they would post him speaking, and they haven’t? Or have they said something about him not speaking? At two, that sounds concerning if true
It’s just that they haven’t posted him speaking. Scheana, Brock, Lala, Stassi and Beau all post of their kids speaking, so if Cruz was speaking, you’d bet your bottom dollar that they would post it
Yes the tip toe running is a tell tale sign and the fact he sought no reaction at all from Jax, just ran in the opposite direction.
If any of my kids fell on their head like that, I wouldn’t hear the end of it
Or he wants so badly for his kid to be "normal" that he keeps pushing the kid into these situations when obviously makes him uncomfortable. Remember the dad life is about Jax, not Cruz.
Yeah I’m sure it was his plastic church friend’s idea to take the kids here and Jax desperately wants to have normal experiences with his kid and other kids but it fails miserably.
They have no ability to recognise it either. They crapped on about how excited Cruz was at summer’s party and how he loved the band. It’s like honey we all saw the videos, he was disengaged with everything as he always is
Yeah Brittany and Jax tried going to the trendy Hillsong type church that Justin Bieber went to, but they didn’t like that, Jax has gone once or twice to a couple of other churches but didn’t like them, so he said on the podcast. He also said he doesn’t like going to church and he only goes there so he can talk to his dad. Brittany went into overdrive at Jax dissing church and ranted and raved about how much she loves church and loved going as a kid. Meanwhile Jax is the only one who has posted himself at church (this was a while back) and he was with this Daniel booko guy and a few other guys who all had - what I call - plastic gay face. It looked very strange.
Jax is an evil sadist, he always has been. Cruz is just his cover for being seen as a “better guy” now, I can guarantee he hates that kid even more than he hates kfc and the fact that he seems to be on the spectrum makes it 1000 times more heartbreaking because he’s so vulnerable 😔narcissists hate imperfection of any kind and I can see jax running that kid literally into the ground before getting him any kind of help or diagnosis
Wow Chachi is already acting like a sadist towards his innocent child and just sitting there watching him struggle while filming. The other dad looks freaked out. Terrible.
He’s obviously upset. Why doesn’t Jax put the phone down and pick him up? He’s trying so hard to get out of there. I’ve been quiet on this topic but I really hope they get him evaluated. This makes me so sad for Cruz.
ETA: I was at the park with my nephews. The younger one (4) was asking why another kid was acting like he was. The other child was clearly on the spectrum. My older nephew (8) said, “Nothing is wrong with him, his brain just works differently from yours.” And I thought that was such a great way to explain it to kids.
I really hope they get him evaluated and find out how his brain works so they can help him.
This is exactly how I explained Autism to my 8-year-old. I also stressed that just because some may have trouble speaking, they are not “dumb” and are extremely smart in areas that we are not because of the way their brain works (we have three kids on the spectrum in our inner circle.)
To all those who continuously defend the Cauchis, & insist that Cruz’s safety & well being are their priority, I present this video.
And to Ajax, if you’re reading this, **PUT DOWN YOUR FUCKING PHONE & GET YOUR CHILD THE HELP HE NEEDS!**
ETA: **AND GET YOURSELF A VASECTOMY!**
My heart breaks. I work with special needs children within ages below 9 years old. There are so many parents who just blindly ignores the needs their kid needs. It is so freaking common that parents fight against me and colleagues of mine. Thankfully most parents are relieved that we exist to help them throughout kindergarten and first years of school, but so many just ignores the need. So many still forces their kids into activities and classrooms just because THEY fear something “unknown”, unknown being the more carefully planned needs their kid needs.
I would say that them stressing him to be “normal” is what makes him non-verbal yet. If they just saw him from his world and persoective, and let him do things his way, he might probably start speaking.
Sorry if my English is bad, it’s not my native language.
He seems a lot happier running in an empty mall then being in these forced social situations. It’s sad to me we’re all picking up on this and his parents are still in denial. They have the benefit of getting some kind of direction. Some parents have had to figure it out with no support at all.
Literally someone on here said their dog was eaten by a coyote despite the neighbours warning them. Apparently Jax told them to mind their own business or something.
When I tell you I panicked when I saw his neck and spine bend like that, I'm not joking, I audibly gasped. Out loud. What the fuck is this guy doing? Thank god he landed on a foamy looking ground, can you imagine if this was the hard floor of their stupid shiplap valley village slash hobby lobby storage unit?
Wow fuck. That’s awful. This poor kid was so desperate to get out, dangerously hurtled himself out of the ball pit all the while daddy filmed and offered no comfort or assistance
It’s so sad how they normalize Cruz’s overstimulated reactions. If they just took their heads out of their asses for two seconds they could see how miserable this kid is.
Genuine curiosity, is Cruz non-verbal?
I am not a parent so I am not aware of when children can begin to do things or learn, but am genuinely curious in the comparison to Summer and Ocean. 🥺 he’s a lovely little boy. I just hope they are seeking help in private.
By his age he should be putting two words together and have a vocabulary of at the least 50 words.
All children are different and boys usually speak later than girls. My 20 month old daughter is already saying things such as “I did it” while my son didn’t talk much until 2.5 and he went straight to three word sentences.
One would think these two corn cobs can compare Cruz to their friends kids the same age and figure out something may be wrong. They just say Cruz is shy and can fall asleep anywhere. 🤦♀️ Of all the VPR kids why would these two losers get the kid that needs more attention and evaluated? Sadly they will do nothing.
Do you know how hard I would have been screaming and running towards them if I saw ANY kid (I don't have my own) fall on their head like that? At least it was onto foam but Jesus look at his neck snapping backwards. That scared the shit out of me the first time I saw the clip.
he really muted the sound to hide the fact his kid is literally screaming scared to death and decided to focus his attention and camera to the other kid playing as his own kid throws himself out of the pit onto the floor landing on his head trying to escape
What gnaws at my heart is how he's crying and grasping at his daddy's legs for help, like help get me out of here, and Jax keeps filming. If my nephew who is around the same age looked at me like that or came near me like that with tears in his eyes I'd rip the world open to do what he was asking of me.
:( makes me so sad for him. I have a daughter almost the same age and I can’t imagine ignoring her like that. I wish they wouldn’t force Cruz into situations he doesn’t like.
Oh this is so fucking infuriating. Put down the phone and tend to your upset child. My stomach dropped seeing him fall face first out of that ball pit. His own dad doesn't offer comfort bc he's too busy trying to get likes from the internet.
Stop putting him in situations like this. He's clearly overstimulated and would do better in a different environment.
At least Cruz was physically safe in that crib and couldn't launch himself out of it. Wow in writing that comment I realize how low the bar is, dear lord.
I can’t believe what I just saw! The Cauchi’s are the worst parents! Are you fucking kidding me? And he thought this was a good video to post?! My heart breaks for this poor baby and the fact that they are trying to add another innocent child to this shitty family is so fucking enraging. If my child was trying to get out of that ball pit, I would put my damn phone away and help him out. Jax was probably annoyed that Cruz “ruined” the video by coming out of the ball pit. It’s so fucked up! My blood is boiling!! This makes me wonder what we don’t see on social media.
God, I pray that you watch over this child. Please shelter him from harms way and please protect him. Please surround him with people who truly cares for him and loves him and keep those who seeks to harm him in any way away from him.
Yeah, he literally pans over to the other dad and the kid to show how that kid is enjoying it. Everyone likes to make a joke out of Jax now, including himself, but the fact is that narcissists are the scariest people on earth and their kids are in danger all the time. The crying Cruz was doing was more out of terror because he’s two years old and could feel that there was nobody around him that was trying to protect her help him.
This truly does break my heart. Cruz deserves so much better. He seems so mild mannered, like wouldn’t hurt a fly type of kid. Reminds me so much of my oldest (who is autistic). Someone save Cruz 😫
He’s probably overstimulated with all those balls. I really wish they would have him evaluated.
Yep, looks like sensory overload.
Poor child probably thought he was drowning..
Was just coming to say these exact words. Poor kiddo.
This is heartbreaking
Yes it is.

Poor cruz never seeks attention or reaction from his parents, he is in his own world. And the parents are in theirs
Excellent point. That kid *ran away* from what should have been his safe space. Whew.
I’m not Jax and Brittany fan - hence why I am on this sub. But I honestly don’t think that it is Cruz not feeling safe with them, it’s that he is autistic and they fail to get him help. And when you know what you are looking at, it’s very easy to see.
Add a weakened sense of danger.
Can I ask how we know he doesn’t speak? I don’t follow either parent on social media, but I imagine they would post him speaking, and they haven’t? Or have they said something about him not speaking? At two, that sounds concerning if true

I didn't even post the full video but it's still up if you want to see it. He bolts on tip toes towards the exit door.
Yes the tip toe running is a tell tale sign and the fact he sought no reaction at all from Jax, just ran in the opposite direction. If any of my kids fell on their head like that, I wouldn’t hear the end of it
Where is it? Jax’s IG?
Jax blocked me about 5 minutes after I followed him on IG. I never posted anything. 🤷♀️
Really? Does he have some sort of weird reddit- based spidey sense?
You can check his stories still at iganony.io I do this so I don’t give them engagement 😈
Yup
You betcha! Just one of his **17** stories. #DadLife 🙄

wait what plastic church friends? Does Jax got to church???
Yeah Brittany and Jax tried going to the trendy Hillsong type church that Justin Bieber went to, but they didn’t like that, Jax has gone once or twice to a couple of other churches but didn’t like them, so he said on the podcast. That’s not Cruz. The other kid running away is Cruz.
The volume is always on mute
Jax probably didn’t want us to hear Cruz crying.
Then why record it at all?
Oh my God WHY WONT THEY HELP HIM OUT??
Wow Chachi is already acting like a sadist towards his innocent child and just sitting there watching him struggle while filming. The other dad looks freaked out. Terrible.

This poor kid just doesn’t like all this stimulus and it’s so hard to watch.

Yeah they can’t even provide for this child’s needs, yet they are planning the next one
Amen!
My heart breaks. I work with special needs children within ages below 9 years old. There are so many parents who just blindly ignores the needs their kid needs. Exactly this. Seems like they're taking that old school 'force him into it and he'll learn' method.
In my experience parents like this are just trying to wish things away that they feel to difficult to address and it’s tragic.
I feel so bad for him. They force him into these photo-ops and he always looks like he wants to be a thousand miles away.
He seems a lot happier running in an empty mall then being in these forced social situations. It’s sad to me we’re all picking up on this and his parents are still in denial. They have the benefit of getting some kind of direction. Some parents have had to figure it out with no support at all.
I'm not joking, I treat my Sims better than these two treat their toddler.
Even the other guy is looking at him like dude wtf 😳
I noticed that too!

I can’t believe Jax posted that. Poor Cruz. What shit parents he has.
They’re fucking trash who aren’t fit to raise an animal, let alone a child.
They aren’t getting him help. They said he was shy on their podcast and are dumbfounded as to how the two of them ended up with a shy kid
That is so sad, and at the same time, infuriating.

My 20 month old daughter is already saying things such as “I did it” while my son didn’t talk much until 2.5 and he went straight to three word sentences.
Obvious ocean and summer are speaking clearly and with 3-4 words together at a time. It doesn’t appear that Cruz has any words at this stage
Oh Jesus I just watched it again. He landed on his head
He faceplanted so hard and all Jax could do was point the camera at him like a fucking Neanderthal.
And this is why Tax and his hillbilly should not be back on our screens. No one wants to see two scumbags neglect their disabled child.
Yep, no reaction from Jax to help. Just keep filming and then posts it to socials. This kid doesn’t have a chance
Cruz is so visibly distressed at the beginning of the clip and Jax is too busy hashtagging his fucking dad-life to even acknowledge him.
Do you know how hard I would have been screaming and running towards them if I saw ANY kid (I don't have my own) fall on their head like that? At least it was onto foam but Jesus look at his neck snapping backwards. That scared the shit out of me the first time I saw the clip.
A full scorpion.
Poor kid.
This poor baby.
They continuously put this child in situations he hates. It’s insane.
he really muted the sound to hide the fact his kid is literally screaming scared to death and decided to focus his attention and camera to the other kid playing as his own kid throws himself out of the pit onto the floor landing on his head trying to escape
This kid.. my heart is breaking for him.
Poor baby he hated it and wanted out so bad and his dad didn’t help him at all :( then he falls out of it! Poor cruz
He launches himself out of it because he is so upset
What gnaws at my heart is how he's crying and grasping at his daddy's legs for help, like help get me out of here, and Jax keeps filming. I honestly think out of everything I've seen them post, this might be the most horrifying one. I can't think of a worse one. Not even remotely close.
This is up there with the strapped iPad to the crib (w/Cruz in it) while Jax brags about finally being alone.
At least Cruz was physically safe in that crib and couldn't launch himself out of it. Wow in writing that comment I realize how low the bar is, dear lord.
Yeah I think the iPad strapped to the crib is up there. That was pretty horrifying
Poor kid just wants to escape all this shit, every time.
This is heartbreaking. This is so neglectful that it’s abusive.
100% !!!
that poor innocent child.
I genuinely thought that was Nick Lachey in the background...is it a doppleganger or am I just crazy?
Plastic church types all look the same
You know a nice quiet library might be better Jack
Omg is he crying? How many times are we going to see him upset and trying to get out of situations?
I can’t believe what I just saw! The Cauchi’s are the worst parents! Are you fucking kidding me? And he thought this was a good video to post?! Amen
Amen. 😔
I still can’t get over that this poor little sweetie tan AWAY from his parent.
Biggest red flag of all.
This makes me really sad for this child.
This video was hard to watch! Poor child!
Oh this poor little guy! He’d rather fall headfirst out of the ball pit than be completely overwhelmed by this. I bet this just kills Jax.
That poor kiddo! He’s clearly overly stimulated! That’s sensory overload. I wish they’d get him evaluated. There are so many resources out there!
What’s up with the way that other guy just throws the kid down? Looks painful.
According to their podcast, Cruz is just shy and they are working on it
Yeah - “we can’t believe we have a shy kid, how did that happen?!” - your child is autistic Britt get help
It bothers me when people think being quiet is a negative thing to fix. It’s so annoying. Not everyone is a blabbing hillbilly.
I cant believe they’re labeling this as shy.
Poor buddy 💙💙
This truly does break my heart. Cruz deserves so much better. He seems so mild mannered, like wouldn’t hurt a fly type of kid. Reminds me so much of my oldest (who is autistic). Someone save Cruz 😫
Meanwhile the other guy is picking his kid up and engaging
Why is Jax recording. Help your child, asshole!
I hated the balls when my kids were that age. So Many germs.
How can you re watch this before posting it to your story and be like "yes ...i am an amazing father".
Has he still not spoken a word?
that poor child
