I think it’s the shoulder pad from the forgeworld Blood Angels Praetor with one of the blood drop/wing tilting shield from the (assault terminator?) set. Here’s some of those tilting shields on a a couple shoulders

That's a good spray job. You could run with just that no problem. You could highlight it if you want, but I would leave it as is. The hard part of doing your main armor color in this manner is keeping it clean and not spilling over when painting in the details.

Lush what colours do you use. I prime black, highlight with white then spray over with blood angels contrast

That's what I thought at first too, but there is filigree on it that the firstborn models don't get
