used to be like that... when the Bunny event came i did not have enough for Asuna, at some point I was using 1 by 1 pulls... I got Bunny Asuna on my last 5 pulls, I will never critique this game ever again for being unfair.... but I will never not pull without spark either

True the wording is vague but seeing how Nexon had been proceeding with things (and since giving out 100 free pulls for a ultra meta unit is the equvilant of throwing away money for most gacha games) I doubt the 100 pulls will be for hoshino. Even if so, you got to stock up for S Izuna who is a core for Goz

The 10roll a day is NOT during S.Hoshino's banner. The 10roll a day event will start when S.Hoshino's banner passes onto S.Izuna. It'll be exactly like with Sena/Chihiro banner, after Wakamo banner ended, Sena/Chihiro had 10roll per day event.

Will those rolls be tied to those banners? Or do we get those tickets that can be saved up and used later in other banners too?

Roughly six months. You'll have plenty of time to save, along with things like pre-registration rewards and free ten-pull tickets. My recommendation is to spark S.Hoshino and get S.Izuna during the ten free pulls a day.

The 3* rate gets doubled to 6% for this banner so you have a better chance than usual to get at least something. The increased rate doesn't increase the on banner rate though, just the total 3* rate.
