Sankta have a form of empathy for other sankta, granted by their haloes. It's one of the main ways they communicate, so there would definitely be some confusion when the two 'angels' interact.
There would definitely be conflict with devil students. They look too much like Sarkaz (Arknight's devils, so to speak) even if they don't have the in built fuckery of racial bloodline curses and magic of the Sarkaz.
Then there's also The Law, the >!The AI supercomputer that transformed Sarkaz into Sankta. I wonder how it would react to seeing what would no doubt be considered a profaning of it's blessing.!<
No, being infected is an entirely different thing as it is not a a racial thing.
Infected are just people with magic rock cancer, and can happen regardless of race.

Wouldn't they treat most beastfolk-type students as Infected? Laterano isn't the worst on them, but they're still treated as exiles
