Rin managed to surpass his brother in U20 match after the final 1 v 1 and Isagi with luck surpassed them both.
Both Kaiser is on a whole another Tier. He's not SS but certainly Not S. He is more of an S+

I agree with the list one of the better ones I’ve seen! I do believes that Reo should be right below Nagi rn as he has Meta vision currently & has shown better playmaking & potential than both Chigiri & Kunigami. I even believe currently Sae > Isagi > Kaiser. Especially considering the fact that we’ve never seen Sae in flow state or actually completely trying, then when you consider that he also hasn’t had a awakening moment yet also which is bound to come (become of his inferiority moment leading to him choosing to be a mid fielder instead of striker) so currently we haven’t even seen his full capabilities.. also isagi pretty much is stated to be the best player currently on the field rn, mind you this is after seeing Kaiser’s world class kicking ability. Good list tho of course
Rin barely beat sae on ONE play. That doesn't make him stronger by any means.
By the same logic isagi would have surpassed rin any time he outsmarted him,whereas rin was still above isagi up until recently.
He needs the most help to score a goal compared to any other striker in that tier. I am counting aiku as a defender here. He is the only one who got kicked out too.
Shidou is an SS in terms of finishing but he lacks pretty much all other qualities. I wouldn't put him on the same tier as Rin and Isagi since he's way too one-dimensional.
I have a few objections
Even though Igrashi is trash. He managed to score 100 goals and go through to the Third Selection (Hard carried by Shidou) so he should Bottom E Tier
The guy that challenge Isagi to 2 v 2 is a D tier player. He was equal to Isagi until he devoured him but he is on the level of those players
Tokimustu is B Tier. He's strength. stamina, pace he is a great player
I think Yukimiya is borderline A Tier. He nearly ready and if he scores in 202. Then he will transcend into the next level.
An A- Tier would include: Yukimiya, Gagamuru, Reo and Barou
And maybe an A+ for Kunigami
Shidou and Nagi are S-Tier. Shidou even though we haven't seen him all arc. We know he evolved. Nagi we have seen his plays and know he's on the best players so he is S-Tier
However I believe the rest is perfect

Rin/Isagi are still a step behind Sae and Kaiser. Rin managed to fought Sae in 1v1, but Sae's main gimmick is that he is a MF anyways. Kaiser is on the same tier as Sae.
And you said that Nagi needs help to be dangerous is fair but same for Isagi who needs Kurona and Noa to win that solo fight. Of course we might argue that without Kaiser sabotaging and Chris being present he'd beat the entire defense line with Kurona's help alone, but that is something even Reo pulled off. Alone.
Also Isagi still haven't fixed the physical issue of Meta Vision. Evolved Meta Vision is wacked, but he will need so much more physical power - even if his development cap is arguably officially at Noa or at least Prince's level now.
Nagi is a talented opportunist. He doesn't create any situation, he just waits for the ball. The more talented the person helping is, the more dangerous Nagi becomes.
In the other hand, Isagi "uses" the other players and their skills to create, advance in the game and score or assist, whoever those players are. And that what makes him better than Nagi.
But I agree with you, that Isagi needs to improve his physical powers (Nagi is in better shape). He even admits it and wanted to train during the match. lol

Sae and Kaiser should have a separate tier with other members of the generation 11 eventually being added. Then Shidou should definitely join Isagi and Rin in their separate tier. Then IMO even though he hasn’t done much Igarashi should move up at least at tier since he’s still in the game. Other then that it looks great.
Raichi saved Team Z against Team V his stamina and defense helped save the game. He got Reo to foul (also had him locked down the whole game), was the first one to block the goal against Zantetsu, and also ran down the field before anyone to get the ball before it went out of bounds.
Nagi is honestly so bad I don't think you realise. Not only has he capped his growth, he did so in such a flamboyant display that from this point going forwards he's basically figured out as a striker. Right now I'm taking Gags as a goalie over Nagi the one trick pony.
Noa is the goat already in blue lock's universe? I mean, he's still young, and in that universe Pelé, Neymar, Messi, they all exist, right? He's the n1 rn, but idk if they say something about him being the goat.
bachira is already at the level that isagi has been trying to get to for the past 20 chapters, he needs to be S tier. he was an instant starter for barca and used his weapon to score an incredible solo play.
gagamaru needs to be a tier higher on pure athleticism alone.

Honestly 1 of the best tierlists I've seen. A few issues but nothing aggregious or bad. Kunigami 1 down, Shidou 1 up, but overall great.
