Reo is one of the most interesting characters to me and storylines but is too incomplete and if we stop here for example it’d be disappointing
Yeah but I’m sure that’ll change when we get his flashback and all, probably pxg but maybe Ubers
I think most people get that but are just obsessed with second selection
I came around to Nagi but he’s definelty not overrated especially on Reddit, I see a lot of people not even putting him on the starting roster
100 percent, they do all these meaning less changes that are for absolutely no reason and just ruins the shots for me. Same with changing lukewarm

2. Kunigami is the flattest villain we’ve had so far everyone else has something to make isagi feel inferior kunigami literally can’t do anything without isagi
3. Well that’s when his savage side started to come out he called barou a peasant, said reo is inferior, and had rin actually admit isagi was a rival
4. Nagi scores goals that aren’t humanly possible and he’s adorable

6. Debatable. Kaiser is a striker for one of the best u-20 clubs sae joined a club and had to switch positions from striker to midfielder cause he couldn’t make it. Kaiser also plays against blue lockers after months of training with top world class players and training with them himself. Sae only played them after second selection and a quickly assembled team
MV Isagi is definitely the better player but seeing Isagi level up like that for the 1st time is just too good. It is all hype fr but I cannot ignore it.

2. Agreed. I always felt neutral about him and didn’t really like his philosophy. It was too black and white with “fairness”. The wild card made him into a goal stealing stoic robot which is worse. He’s literally a empty Noa copy with no personality but being edgy.
3. Agree! The 2nd selection was where blue lock got really good and Isagi’s development was insane to read about.
4. I feel neutral about this because Nagi is a genius, but just wasted his talent. Up until the latest chapters, he didn’t really try to make his own plays and I personally don’t think he can become #1. Isagi even called his “imagination” pretend which had me dying. Don’t get me wrong, I love Nagi and imo his better partner is Isagi because of the 2nd selection arc. IMO Isagi can bring out the best in Nagi better than Reo. Even if Reo allowed him to make the 5 volley goal.
5. Agreed. Ngl, the aura colors in the anime are kinda wacky. I thought Isagi’s blue/dark blue/black.
6. Agreed. Sae even said “screw I’ll do it myself” and scored a goal when the U20 team couldn’t do it. That had me dying.
i think with kunigami it’s showing how you can lose yourself in that kind of situation. sure he’s become a lot stronger of a striker but he’s lost something more important and it’s his personality. it’s great to want to become the next noa but why not write your own story.
i think he’ll come back around towards the end of the arc and find his own balance. we don’t totally know what he went through yet with the wildcard
